Notification No.- 1/2026 – State Tax(Rate)
S.O. No. 5, Dated 17th July, 2026:- In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand, Commercial Taxes Department, No. 9/2025- State Tax (Rate), published in the Gazette of Jharkhand , Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 42, dated the 26th September, 2025, namely—
In the said notification, -
(a) in Schedule I – 2.5%,
(i) against S. No. 150, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 99 21, 2202 99 29" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 151, for the entry in column (2), the entry "22029931, 22029939" shall be substituted;
(b) In Schedule III – 20%,2 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary) Friday 17th July, 2026 (i) against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 91 00, 2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 3, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 1st day of May, 2026.

एस. ओ. सं. 5, कदनां ि 17 जुलाई, 2026- झारख(cid:503) माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 12) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) तथा धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:7263)ए, झारख(cid:503) सरकार, परिषद की सिफारिशों पर, एतद् द्वारा झारख(cid:503) सरकार, वाकण(cid:475)-रि कवभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 9/2025- रा(cid:475) कर (दर), जो झारख(cid:503) के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में एस. ओ. सं. 42, दिनांक 26 सितंबर, 2025 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:—
उक्त अधिसूचना में,—
(क) अनुसूची I – 2.5% में, —
(i) (cid:7059)म संख्या 150 के समक्ष, स्तंभ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "2202 99 21, (ii) (cid:7059)म संख्या 151 के समक्ष, स्तंभ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "2202 99 31, 3 Jharkhand Gazette (Extraordinary) Friday 17th July, 2026 (ख) अनुसूची III – 20% में, —
(i) (cid:7059)म संख्या 2 के समक्ष, स्तंभ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "2202 91 00, 2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा;
(ii) (cid:7059)म संख्या 3 के समक्ष, स्तंभ (2) में प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर "2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना 1 मई, 2026 से लागू मानी जाएगी।
