NOTIFICATION
No.434/KT-LA/2018(2):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby in consultation with the state Government of Karnataka, makes the following further amendment in its notification No. 434/KT-LA/2018(2), dated:
29/03/2018, as amended from time to time relating to appointment of the Assistant Returning Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Karnataka to assist the Returning Officer of the Assembly Constituency specified in column 1 of the said Table.
In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, against each of the item mentioned in column (1), after the existing entries, following corresponding entries shall be substituted.
