In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government of Karnataka, Notification (07/2020) No. FD 03 CSL 2020 (e), dated the 27th March, 2020, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IVA, Volume-155, Issue:15, Page No.-1225, dated the 9thApril, 2020,namely:-
In the said notification, in the first paragraph, after the words "notifies registered person, other than", the words "a government department, a local authority," shall be inserted.
