NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Bangalore Development Authority Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1976), the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) Rules, 1984, namely:-
RULES
1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
(2) They shall come in to force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
2. Amendment of rule 5.- In the Bangalore Development Authority (Allotment of Sites) Rules, 1984, (hereinafter referred to as the said rules) in rule 5, in sub-rule (6), clause (iii) shall be deemed to have been omitted with effect from 20.05.2015.

Amendment of rule 10.- In the said rules, in rule 10, in sub-rule (3), the words "or has been allotted a site or house in any part in the State by any other Urban Development Authority or the Karnataka Housing Board or such other agency of the Government" shall be deemed to have been omitted with effect from 14.12.2005.
