No.434/KT-LA/2023(2):- In pursuance of the provision of Section 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India in consultation with the State Government of Karnataka, hereby, makes the following amendment in its notification No.434/KT- LA/2023 (2), dated 06/02/2023, as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Returning Officers of the Assembly Constituency in the State of Karnataka namely.
In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification, in respect of following Assembly Constituency shown in column (1) of the said table, for the existing entry, following corresponding entries shall be substitute / added.
