ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ನಅಇ 48 ಎಂಎಲ್ಆಥರ್ 2023, ದಿನಾಂಕ:08.05.2023 ಮತ್ತು 12.05.2023 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೌರಸಭೆಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ ನಿಯಮ-315ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ನಗರ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
