2024-25ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಮೊತ್ತ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲು ಒಂದು ವಿಧೇಯಕ. 2024-25ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಪೈಕಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಮೊತ್ತಗಳ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ :
ಇದು ಭಾರತ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವಾಗಲಿ.
1. ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಹೆಸರು :- ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಧನವಿನಿಯೋಗ (ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ-2) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2024 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ: 2024-25 ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 37988309.19 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ನೀಡಿಕೆ: ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ 2ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ 2024-25 ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ (2024ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:4 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾದ 37988309.19 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂ.ಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ) ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ 5ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಮೂರು ಕೋಟಿ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷ ಎಂಬತ್ತೆಂಟು ಸಾವಿರ ಮೂನ್ನೂರ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಲಕ್ಷ ಹತ್ತೊಂಬತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀರದಷ್ಟು ಮೊಬಲಗನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3. ಧ ನವಿನಿಯೋಗ:- ಈ ಅದಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2024-25ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯೊಳಗಿನಿಂದ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 204ನೇ ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

A Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Services of the Financial year 2024-25.
Whereas it is expedient to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated fund of the State for the services of the Financial year 2024-25.
Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the SEVENTY FIFTH year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short Title.- This Act may be called the Karnataka Appropriation (No-2) Act, 2024.
2. Issue of Rupees 37988309.19 Lakhs out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Financial year 2024-25: From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 5 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Three Crores Seventy nine Lakhs eighty eight thousand three hundred and nine lakhs and ninteen thousand only towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the Financial Year 2024-25 in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the schedule.
3. Appropriation:- The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
This Bill is introduced in pursuance of the provisions of Article 204 of the Constitution of India to provide for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the State towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the Financial Year 2024-25.
