NOTIFICATION

In exercise of Powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2023 (Karnataka Act No: 08 of 2024), it is hereby notified by the Government of Karnataka that the Code of Civil Procedure (Karnataka Amendment) Act, 2023 (Karnataka Act No: 08 of 2024) shall come into force with immediate effect from 04.03.2024.
