NOTIFICATION
No 434/KT-HP/2024 (1) In pursuance of the provision by sub-section (1) Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation with the State Government of Karnataka hereby, makes the following amendment in its notification No. 434/КТ-НР/2024 (1) dated 26.02.2024, relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer for Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Karnataka.
In column (2) of the table appended to the said notification in respect of following Parliamentary Constituency shown in column (1) of the said table, for the existing entry, following corresponding entry shall be substituted.
