NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited for the post of Chairperson in the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bengaluru u/s 22, RERA Act, 2016 r/w Rule 18 of The Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017. The relevant details are as under:-

(1)2 Terms of office:
The Chairperson shall hold office for a term not exceeding five years from the date on which he/she enters upon his/her office, or until they attain the age of Sixty five years, whichever is earlier and shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
Salary and allowances payable and other terms and conditions of service:
i. As prescribed in Rule 19 of the Karnataka Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017.
ii. The other allowances and conditions of service of Chairperson shall be such as may be determined by the Government from time to time.
