In pursuance of sub-rule-3 of rule 369 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Karnataka Legislative Assembly, the amendment to the Rule 212(1) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Karnataka Legislative Assembly is hereby published:-

¤AiÀĪÀÄ 212(1)PÉÌ F ªÀÄÄA¢£ÀzÀ£ÀÄß ¥ÀævÁåAiÉÆÃf¸ÀvÀPÀÌzÀÄÝ JAzÀgÉ:-

"212. ¸À¨sÉAiÀÄÄ £ÀqÉAiÀÄ®Ä PÀ¤µÀ×¥ÀPÀë ºÁdgÁUÀ¨ÉÃPÁzÀ ¸ÀzÀ¸ÀågÀ ¸ÀASÉå (UÀt¥ÀÇwð):-(1) ಅನ್ಯಥಾ ಉಪಬಂಧಿಸಿದ್ದ ಹೊರತು ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಉಪವೇಶನ ನಡೆಯಲು ಕನಿಷ್ಠಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಜರಿರಬೇಕಾದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 3 ಆಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಿತಿಯು ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಕನಿಷ್ಠಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಜರಿರಬೇಕಾದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ, ಆದಷ್ಟು ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ, ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಸರಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಮೂರನೆಯ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು."(1) R.N.I. 212. (1) Except where otherwise provided, the Quorum to constitute a sitting of the Committee shall be atleast 3 Members and at the time of examination of the report of the Committee, the Quorum shall be, as near as may be, one-third of the total number of Members of the Committee.
