KARNATAKA LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION No.KLCS/ADM-1/164/C&RA/2024, Bangalore-560 001, dated:14.08.2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 read with Section 8 of the Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act No. 14 of 1990)the Special Board of Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat has accorded sanction for the following Second Amendment of the Karnataka Legislative Council (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules 2021, and the same is here by published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of the said section 3 of the said Act.
Rules 1. Title and Commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Legislative Council Secretariat (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule-I: In Schedule I of the said rules after serial number 1 the following shall be inserted namely:-
