NOTIFICATION - I
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1) of section 3 of the Karnataka Special Investment Region Act, 2022 ( Karnataka Act 5 of 2023 ) , the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that the area consisting of Raichur Growth Center industrial area , Raichur Taluk, Raichur District with an extent of 1744.75 acres occupied by industries as shown in the map enclosed herewith and consisting of areas specified in Schedule - A to be called as " the Raichur Special Investment Region " .

NOTIFICATION - II
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections ( 1) and ( 3) of section 8 of the Karnataka Special Investment Region Act, 2022 ( Karnataka Act 5 of 2023 ) , the Government of Karnataka hereby designate the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board ( KIADB ) as the Regional Development Authority for " the Raichur Special Investment Region " and is empowered to exercise all the powers and perform all the functions as specified under Section 15 of the said Act .

NOTIFICATION - III
Whereas , the Government of Karnataka has declared Raichur Growth Center industrial area , Raichur Taluk, Raichur District as " the Raichur Special Investment Region " published vide Notification - I , No. CI 13 SPQ 2025 , dated 10.02.2025 as required under sub - section ( 1) of section 3 of the Karnataka Special Investment Region Act, 2022 (Karnataka Act 5 of 2023) .
And whereas , the State Government has designated Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board ( KIADB ) as the Regional Development Authority for the Raichur Special Investment Region published vide Notification - II , No. CI 13 SPQ 2025 , dated 10.02.2025 as required under sub - sections (1) and (3 ) of section 8 of the said Act .
Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1) of section 29 of the said Act, " the Raichur Special Investment Region " shall deemed to be an Industrial Township and the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board ( Regional Development Authority) to be the Industrial Township Authority.
Also , the Government of Karnataka hereby accord permission to exercise powers and discharge functions of Industrial Township Authority by the Regional Development Authority under sub - sections (2) and ( 3) of section 29 of the said Act .
