The Lands mentioned below has been acquired under FINAL NOTIFICATION NO:UDD 265 MNX 2022(E) DATED:18.10.2022 was published in the Karnataka Gazette dated:21.10.2022 in pages on 12270 to 12297 part No.3 for the formation of "Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Layout (Left out land in the PN & FN which are identified within the Layout)"
In the Exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of the Section 16 of the Land Act (Karnataka Extension Amendment Act 17 of 1961) it is hereby notified for the information of General Public that the schedule below have been acquired and taken possession by my predecessor in office from owners except for the building extent which has been regurlarised by Hon'ble Supreme Court appointed Justice A.V. Chandrashekar Committee for formation of "Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Layout (Left out land in the PN & FN which are identified within the Layout)" by the BDA., Kumara park West, Bangalore-560020 and the same vests with BDA, Bangalore free from all encumbrance. The Public are hereby informed that they should restrain from entering into any kind of transaction with the Khatedars of the Survey Number of lands noted below.
