The Lands mentioned below has been acquired under FINAL NOTIFICATION NO:UDD/3/MNX/2022(E) DATED:06.08.2022 was published in the Karnataka Gazette dated:08.08.2022 in pages on 9315 to 9339 part No.3 for the formation of "Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Layout"
In the Exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (2) of the Section 16 of the Land Act (Karnataka Extension Amendment Act 17 of 1961) it is hereby notified for the information of General Public that the schedule below have been acquired and taken possession along with buildings by my predecessor in office from owners for formation of "RMP-2015 Road & Bye-Pass Road to improve connectivity in Dr. K. Shivarama Karantha Layout" by the BDA., Kumara park West, Bangalore-560020 and the same vests with BDA, Bangalore free from all encumbrance. The Public are hereby informed that they should restrain from entering into any kind of transaction with the Khatedars of the Survey Number of lands noted below.
