The Lands mentioned below has been acquired under FINAL NOTIFICATION No.UDD/265/MNX/2022(E) Dated: 18/10/2022 was Published in the Karanataka Gazette dated:
21/10/2022 Volume-157 Issue -213 in Page No.12272 to 12296 PART NO.3 for the formation of "Dr.K Shivarama Karantha Layout (Left out land in the PN & FN which are identified within the Layout)"
In the exercise of the power conferred under sub – section (2) of section 16 of the Land Acquisition Act (Karnataka Extension and Amendment Act 1961), it is hereby notified for the information of the General Public that the schedule below have been acquired and taken possession of by the undersigned from owners for formation of "Dr.K.Shivarama Karantha Layout" by the Bangalore Development Authority, Kumara park West, Bangalore -560 020 and the same vests with Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore, free from all encumbrances. The Public are hereby informed that they should restrain from entering into any kind of transaction with the Khathedars of the Survey Numbers of land noted below.
