ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2024 (2025ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 36)ರ 1ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (2)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹಾಗೂ 3ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ “ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ” ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶವನ್ನು “ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶ” ವೆಂದು ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.
