2025-26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಅಧಿಕ ಮೊತ್ತಗಳ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲು ಒಂದು ವಿಧೇಯಕ. 2025-26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಪೈಕಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲವು ಅಧಿಕ ಮೊತ್ತಗಳ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ :
ಇದು ಭಾರತ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತಾರನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮಿತವಾಗಲಿ.
1. ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಹೆಸರು :- ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಧನವಿನಿಯೋಗ (ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:3) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2025 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ 2025-26 ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಾಗಿ 335256.66 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ನೀಡಿಕೆ : ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ 2ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ 2025-26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ 5ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಮೂರು ಸಾವಿರದ ಮುನ್ನೂರ ಐವತ್ತೆರಡು ಕೋಟಿ ಐವತ್ತಾರು ಲಕ್ಷ ಅರವತ್ತಾರು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮೀರದಷ್ಟು ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3. ಧ ನವಿನಿಯೋಗ.- ಈ ಅದಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2025-26ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯೊಳಗಿನಿಂದ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 205ನೇ (1) (ಎ) ಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

THE KARNATAKA APPROPRIATION (No. 3) BILL, 2025

A Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Services of the Financial year 2025-26.
Whereas it is expedient to authorize payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State for the services of the Financial year 2025-26.
Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the SEVENTY SIXTH year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short Title: This Act may be called the Karnataka Appropriation (No. 3) Act, 2025.
2. Issue of Rupees 335256.66 Lakhs out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Financial year 2025-26: From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 5 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Three Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty two crores Fifty Six Lakhs Sixty Six thousand towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the Financial Year 2025-26 in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the schedule.
3. Appropriation:- The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS
This Bill is introduced in pursuance of the provisions of Article 205 (1) (a) of the Constitution of India to provide for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the State towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the part of the Financial Year 2025-26.
