ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ / ನಿಗಮ / ಮಂಡಳಿ / ನಗರಸಭೆ / ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಇತರೆ ಅಧೀನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿ 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿರುವ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ RVSF ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ನಾಶಪಡಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು.
