In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 27 of 1957), the Government of Karnataka hereby specifies with immediate effect, IMC LIMITED as an 'Oil Company' for the purpose of said explanation.
