ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2022ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 4(1) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪದನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ವಿವಿಧ ವಲಯಗಳಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರೇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಭೂ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದೆ.
