2026-27ನೇಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಕೆಲವುಮೊತ್ತಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲು ಒಂದು ವಿಧೇಯಕ.
2026-27ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸುವರ್ಷದ ಸೇವೆಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಆಪೈಕಿಯಿಂದಕೆಲವುಮೊತ್ತಗಳ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ವಿನಿಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ :
ಇದು ಭಾರತ ಗಣರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳನೆಯ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಮಂಡಲದಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವಾಗಲಿ.
1.ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತಹೆಸರು:-ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಧನವಿನಿಯೋಗಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 2026 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2.ಕರ್ನಾಟಕರಾಜ್ಯಸಂಚಿತನಿದಿಯಿಂದ:2026-27ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸುವರ್ಷಕ್ಕಾಗಿ4,67,24,952.29ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ ನೀಡಿಕೆ: ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ2ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ 2026-27ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿಅನುಸೂಚಿಯ 5ನೇ ಅಂಕಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕೋಟಿ ಅರವತ್ತೇಳು ಲಕ್ಷ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ನಾಲ್ಕು ಸಾವಿರದಒಂಬೈನೂರ ಐವತ್ತೆರಡು ಲಕ್ಷ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೊಂಭ ತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀರದಷ್ಟು ಮೊಬಲಗನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿಧಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 3.ಧ ನವಿನಿಯೋಗ:-ಈಅದಿನಿಯಮದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಚಿತ ನಿದಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡಲು ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಅದಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಮೊತ್ತಗಳನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2026-27ನೇ ಹಣಕಾಸುವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಒದಗಿಬರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಖರ್ಚುಗಳನ್ನು ವಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿರಾಜ್ಯದಸಂಚಿತನಿಧಿಯೊಳಗಿನಿಂದ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸಲು ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ 204ನೇಅನುಚ್ಛೇದದ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

A Bill to authorize payment and appropriation of certainsums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Services of the Financial year 2026-27.
Whereas it is expedient to authorize payment and appropriation of certainsums from and out of the Consolidated fund of the State for the services of the Financial year 2026-27.
Be it enacted by the Karnataka State Legislature in the SEVENTY SEVENTH year of the Republic of India as follows:-
1. Short Title.- This Act may be called the Karnataka Appropriation Act, 2026.
2. Issue of Rupees 4,67,24,952.29Lakhs out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka for the Financial year 2026-27:From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Karnataka, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column 5 of the Schedule amounting in the5 aggregate to the sum of RupeesFour Crores Sixty SevenLakhs Twenty FourThousand NineHundred andFiftyTwo Lakhs and Twenty Nine Thousand onlytowards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during thefinancial year 2026-27 in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule.
3. Appropriation:- The sums authorized to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State by this Act shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year.

This Bill is introduced in pursuance of the provisions of Article 204 o fthe Constitution of India to provide for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the State towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the Financial Year 2026-27.
