NOTIFICATION

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 (Karnataka Act 25 of 1957), the Government of Karnataka hereby specifies with immediate effect, 'TRUALT BIOENERGY LIMITED' as an 'Oil Company' for the purpose of said explanation.
