NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 [Central Act No: 10 of 1994] and after obtaining the recommendations of the committee specified in the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 22, I, THAAWARCHAND GEHLOT, Governor of Karnataka, hereby appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Padmaraj Nemachandra Desai as the Chairperson of the Karnataka State Human Rights Commission.
