NOTIFICATION
The draft of the following regulations further to amend the approved Zonal Regulations of Mulbagal Master Plan-2021 of Local Planning Area of Mulbagal, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13-E of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963) is hereby published as required by said section, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after thirty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Any objections or suggestions which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections/Suggestions may be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Urban Development Department, Vikasa Soudha, Bengaluru 560001.
DRAFT REGULATIONS
1. Title and Commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Zonal Regulations of Mulbagal Master Plan-2021 (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

Amendment to Annexure-I – After "Note 3." under Regulation 8, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, the following shall be inserted namely .-
"4. Conversions prior to the final approval of Master Plan 2021, are to be honoured, irrespective of the land use proposed in the Master Plan 2021, except in cases of road alignments, natural drains and water bodies, subject to ratification of the Conversion order from the Competent authority."
