ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಅವರುಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡುಗಳು ಬಂದರೆ, ಪುನರ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಇದು ಜೇಷ್ಟತಾ ಸ್ಥ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುನರ್ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ೩೮೦ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜುಲೈ ೨, ೨೦೦೯ ಭಾಗ - ೨ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಧಿಕ ಹಕ್ಕಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ
