ಬಡ್ತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾದ ಸ್ಥಳ/ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಭಾರ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
ಈ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:358- 367/2003ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾದ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿನನುಸಾರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
