ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ವೃಂದದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಆಡಳಿತ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 229 of the Constitution of India and Rule 7 of the High Court of Karnataka Service (Conditions of Service and Recruitment) Rules, 1973, and all other powers enabling thereunto, Hon'ble the Chief Justice is pleased to promote Smt N. Triveni, Seniorಭಾಗ - ೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ೩, ೨೦೦೯ ೬೧೫ Judgement Writer as Assistant Registrar (Group`A') in grade of Rs. 14050-350-14400-400-16800-450- 19500-525-22650-600-25050, with effect from 31.5.2009 in the vacancy caused due to the voluntary retirement of Smt Vijayalakshmi P, Assistant Registrar.

Further it is made clear that since Smt N. Triveni continued as Assistant Registrar based on promotion dated 19.6.2008 and served in the said capacity till the vacancy arose from the voluntary retirement of Smt Vijayalakshmi P, there is no need to recover any amount from her as and her services as Assistant Registrar is also regularized accordingly without recovery of any amount.

ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು (ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-1) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 14050-250-14400-400-16800-450-19500-525-22650-600-25050 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೂಹ `ಎ' (ಕಿರಿಯ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ) ವೃಂದದ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 32ರಡಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಬಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 32 ರಡಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1) ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಹಿರಿಯ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ನಿಯಮ 32ರಡಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೂಲ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಾದ ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ (ಶ್ರೇಣಿ-1) ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು; ಹಾಗೂ

ii) The prl. Civil Judge (Jr. Dn.) and JMFC., Haveri, from after office hours on 11.7.2008 till commencement of office hours on 14.7.2008 and the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) and CJM., Haveri, from the commencement of officer hours on 14.7.2008 till the commencement of office hours on 15.7.2008, have been placed in additional charge of the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn) and JMFC., Hangal, during the said period.

iii) The Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) and CJM, Haveri, has been placed in additional charge of the Civil Judge (Sr. Dn.) and JMFC., Hangal, from 16.8.2008 to 17.8.2008.

iv) The Civil Judge (Sr. Dn) and CJM, Haveri, has been placed in additional charge of the Civil Judge (Sr., Dn) and JMFC., Hangal, from 24.8.2008 to 28.8.2008 (bdi).
