In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 6 of the Family Courts (Procedure )Rules, 1987 the High Court of Karnataka hereby designates the Officers mentioned in column (2) as Vacation Judges of the Family Courts mentioned in column No. (3) for hearing of all matters which require to be immediately or promptly dealt with during the Dasara vacation of 2009 for the periods noted against them in Column No.4.

ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಸುರೇಶ್, ಶಿರಸ್ತೇದಾರ್, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಯಾದಗೀರ್, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಜಂಟಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹೂಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:24.8.2000 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ: ಗ್ರಾಆಪ 62 ವಿಸೇಬಿ 96, ದಿನಾಂಕ:1.9.2003ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಸುರೇಶ್, ಶಿರಸ್ತೇದಾರ್ ಇವರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಹೂಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ ಜಂಟಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿಯವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗಿಲ್ಲವಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ಆರೋಪದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಕೈಬಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಸುರೇಶ್, ಶಿರಸ್ತೇದಾರ್, ಇವರ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆ ಕ್ರ.ಸಂ. 3037 ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ಇವರಿಗಿಂತ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿರಿಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್. ಹನುಮಂತು (ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಕ್ರ.ಸಂ:3039) ಇವರಿಗೆ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಗುಂಪು-ಬಿ ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆಭಾಗ - ೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ೮, ೨೦೦೯ ೭೩೯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂ:ಕಂಇ 32 ಎಎಸ್‌ಜಿ 2000, ದಿನಾಂಕ:4.12.2000 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಯುತರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:24.9.1997 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯವಾಗಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಎಸ್. ಸುರೇಶ್ ಶಿರಸ್ತೇದಾರ್ ಇವರಿಗೂ ಸಹಾ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಗುಂಪು-ಬಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:24.9.1997 ರಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಆರ್‌ಪಿಪಿಪಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು 1978ರ ನಿಯಮ 2(1)(a)ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವಾನ್ವಯವಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.
ಶ್ರೀಯುತರು ಈ ಆದೇಶದನ್ವಯ ಮುಂದಿನ ಸ್ಥಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

Dasara Vacation of 2009 The High Court will remain closed for Dasara Vacation from Tuesday the 22nd September 2009 to Thursday the 1st October 2009 (Both days inclusive).
No appeals, Petitions or Applications and any other paper of Civil nature including Vakalathnama will be received during the Vacation except in cases where it is sought to obtain urgent interim orders like stay orders, attachment and temporary injunctions etc.,
Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Petitions, Criminal Petitions and urgent applications in Criminal matters will be received during the Dasara Vacation.
There will be no sittings during Dasara Vacation in the Circuit Benches at Dharwad and
Gulbarga. Urgent matters of the nature specified above pertaining to the Circuit Benches of
Dharwad and Gulbarga may be filed/moved before the Principal Bench at Bangalore.
During the Dasara Vacation, the office of the High Court will remain open from 10.15 AM to 5.00 PM from Tuesday the 22nd September 2009 to Thursday the 1st October 2009 (both days inclusive)(Monday the 28th September 2009 is public holiday) and papers will be received during office hours. Saturday the 26th September 2009 will not be working day during the Dasara Vacation. Vacation Benches mentioned hereunder will sit on Wednesday the 23rd Friday the 25th Wednesday the 30th September 2009 and Thursday the 1st October 2009 in Court Halls mentioned against them on the ''SITTING DAYS'' noted below at 10.30 AM during the Vacation to hear urgent matters. Matters of the nature referred to above filed during vacation and inclusive of the day previous to the sitting day will be posted before the respective Benches. But those cases filed on the sitting day will not be posted on that day, except by the Special Orders of the Vacation Bench.
On the days of sitting, after completion of the Division Bench sitting, the Vacation Judges will sit single and take up Single Bench matters.
Memos for posting will not be entertained by the Registrar (Judicial) or the Deputy Registrar during Dasara Vacation. Motions to take up the case /s shall be made before the respective Benches.

1. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಅಂಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆಯುಷ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560009 ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಹಾಜರಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 18(3)ರನ್ವಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೇ ತಂತಾನೇ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು.
2. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಖಾಯಂಪೂರ್ವ ಸೇವಾವಧಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೈದ್ಯರು ದರ್ಜೆ-1 ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಬೇಕು.
3. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ, ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ, ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಂಕದ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಆಯುಷ್ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560009 ಇವರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇವರ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಇವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ಜಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಸೂಚಿಸುವುದು.
4. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲ-ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಷ್ಠಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ವಚನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
