ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಕಾಇ 87 ಎಲ್ಇಟಿ 2007, ದಿನಾಂಕ:7.1.2008ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ. ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ- 1 ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾಗ ಉಪಧನ ಪಾವತಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1972ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 3ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ (ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ರದ್ಧತಿ) ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1976ರ ಕಲಂ 6ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಕಲಂ 11ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಆಗಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ಸಹಾಯಕ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾಗಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿ ತಾವು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಆದೇಶಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ತಾವೇ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಸಮಂಜಸವಲ್ಲ, ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ, ನೋಂದಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡತಗಳ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವಂತೆ ಉಪ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ-2, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
