ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದುದು ಸರಿಯಷ್ಟೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿ ತದನಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯೋಗವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ 02 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.8000-275-13500 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

1. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆಗ್ಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 3. ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ (ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ) ನಡತೆ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಥಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಈ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳ (1974)ರ ಅಡಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ / ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವರು ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ, ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. ಪಿಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ/ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವರು ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿರುವವರು (ದೂರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮುಖೇನ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮುಖೇನ) ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ, / ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7. ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಓರಿಯೆಂಟೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫ್ರೆಷರ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಇದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ತದನಂತರ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ವಯ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:232/99ರ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

10. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 4463/2008, 5278, 5322, 5268, 5338/2008 ಮತ್ತು 43/2009ರ ಮೇಲೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

11. ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 12. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಬಳ, ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಇವುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಅದರಂತೆ ಆಯಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂದರೆ ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್‌ಡಿ/ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರವೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಈ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ಭಾಗ - ೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ನವೆಂಬರ್ ೨೬, ೨೦೦೯ ೮೪೩ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಪಥಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(2) I have to pass the prescribed Kannada language examination and the departmental examinations, viz., Accounts Higher, General Part – I and Part – II, besides the orientation course and refresher course for the post of lecturer.

(3) I have to acquire PhD/NET/SLET and only thereafter I am entitled for declaration of period of probation as satisfactory i.e. after the completion of two years and after passing the above said examinations composed with satisfactory performance.

(4) As I have not acquired NET/SLET/Ph.D. through course work but only M.Phil, I do understand that for declaration of period of probation, apart from passing Kannada language examination, Accounts Higher, General Law Part-I and Part-II besides the orientation course and refresher course I have to acquire NET/SLET without fail. Failure to acquire NET/SLET will render me ineligible for satisfactory declaration of period of probation and claim further increment either in the scale of Rs.8,000 – 13,500 or in any revised scale or claim any revised designation.

(5) I undertake to relinquish my claim to the post of lecturer in...................due to any adverse court verdict treating M.Phil degree obtained through distance or traditional education mode as invalid.

1. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆೆ.

4. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳ (1974)ರ ಅಡಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಪಿಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ / ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವರು ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ, ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. ಪಿಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ/ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವರು ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿರುವವರು (ದೂರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮುಖೇನ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮುಖೇನ) ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ, / ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7. ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಓರಿಯೆಂಟೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫ್ರೆಷರ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಇದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ತದನಂತರ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ವಯ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:232/99ರ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

10. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 5278, 5322, 5268, 5338/2008 ಮತ್ತು 43/2009ರ ಮೇಲೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

1. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆಗ್ಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 3. ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ (ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ) ನಡತೆ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಥಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಈ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳ (1974)ರ ಅಡಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಪಿಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ / ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವರು ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ, ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7. ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಓರಿಯೆಂಟೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫ್ರೆಷರ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

11. ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 12. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಬಳ, ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಇವುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಅದರಂತೆ ಆಯಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂದರೆ ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್‌ಡಿ/ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರವೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಈ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಪಥಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಕಂದಾಯ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 24 ಎಡಿಇ: 2009(ಭಾಗ), ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ: 4ನೇ ನವೆಂಬರ್, 2009 ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ:ಕಂಇ 24 ಎಡಿಇ 2009, ದಿನಾಂಕ:12-10-2009ರ ಆದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ಪಿ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಇವರನ್ನು ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು, ಗುಳೇದಗುಡ್ಡ, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮುಂದುವರೆದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ:ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 586 ಎಎಸ್‌ಡಿ 2009, ದಿನಾಂಕ:14.10.2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಪೀಡಿತ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆನಾಶದ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಬಿದ್ದ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಹಾನಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ನಾಶದ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು 10 ಜನ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರನ್ನು ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ರಾಯಚೂರು/ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ, ವಿಜಾಪುರ, ಗದಗ್, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರಿಡಿಪ್ಲಾಯ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಿಸಿದೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಬಾದಾಮಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿಗೆ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಪಿ. ಸಾವಂತ್, ಪುರಸಭೆ, ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ಪಿ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ರಿಡಿಪ್ಲಾಯ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ಪಿ. ಕೃಷ್ಣ, ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಇವರನ್ನು ಗುಳೇದಗುಡ್ಡ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಪಡೆದು, ಶ್ರೀ ಪಿ.ವಿ. ದೇಸಾಯಿ, ಉಪತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಇವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಗುಳೇದಗುಡ್ಡ ವಿಶೇಷ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಅಧಿಕ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿದೆ.
