ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ನಅಇ 125 ಎಂಎಲ್ಆರ್ 2008(A-30), ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ದಿನಾಂಕ:16ನೇ ನವೆಂಬರ್, 2009 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪುರಸಭೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1964ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 11(1)(b)ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಸಿಂಧನೂರು ನಗರಸಭೆಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ನಅಇ 125 ಎಂಎಲ್ ಆರ್ 2008 (ಎ-30) ದಿನಾಂಕ:8.7.2009ರಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಜನರನ್ನು ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಭಾಗಶಃ ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಿ "ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 3. ಶ್ರೀ ಚನ್ನಬಸಪ್ಪ ಬಿನ್ ಈರಬಸಪ್ಪ ಗೌಡ ದಿದ್ದಿ, ಸಾ:ಸಿಂಧನೂರು" ಇವರ ಬದಲಿಗೆ "ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ಬಸವರಾಜ ಬಿನ್ ಕರಿಬಸಪ್ಪ, ಸಾ: ಸಿಂಧನೂರು" ಇವರನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

WHEREAS the Government of Karnataka in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) and taking into consideration the population, area under land revenue and other heads of account and having regard to the Administrative convenience proposes to issue a notification to alter the limits of village of Hullatti with its hamlets of Ranebennur Taluk, Haveri District and to constitute a new village called MANJUNATH NAGAR as specified in the schedule.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the said Act, notice is hereby given for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after one month from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the State Government from any persons with respect to the said proposal before the date specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections or suggestions may be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, District.Haveri

WHEREAS the Government of Karnataka in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act. 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964 ) and taking into consideration of population, area under land revenue and other heads of account and having regard to the administrative convenience, proposes to issue a notification to alter the limits of village of Hubanur with its hamlets of Tikota Hobli Bijapur Taluk, Bijapur District and to constitute a new village called Valun Nagar as specified in the schedule.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, notice is hereby given for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after one month form the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the state Government from any persons with respect to the said proposal before the date specified above will be considered by the State Government. Objections or Suggestions may be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner Bijapur District.

1872ರ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ ಮ್ಯಾರೇಜ್ ಕಾಯಿದೆಯ 9ನೇ ಕಲಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾಗಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಇಂಡಿಯನ್ ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ ಮ್ಯಾರೇಜ್ (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1961 ರಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಪಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಆರ್. ಜೇಮ್ಸ್, ಡಿವೈನ್ ಶಾಲೋಮ ಚರ್ಚ್, 107, 3ನೇ ಕ್ರಾಸ್, ಹೊಸ ರೋಡ್, ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಹತ್ತಿರ, ಎಲೆಕ್ಟ್ರಾನಿಕ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560 100 ಇವರಿಗೆ ಮೇಲಿನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೀಮಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ವಿವಾಹ ವಿಧಿಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಲು ಸದರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
