ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ಮಿತಾ ಬಿಜ್ಜೂರ್, ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಇವರನ್ನು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: DPAR ¹² SFP ²⁰⁰⁹ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 13.11.2009ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಲೆನಾಡು ಪ್ರದೇಶಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಲು ಇವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಯೋಜನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವರನ್ನು ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ, ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಲೆನಾಡು ಪ್ರದೇಶಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಮರುಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾನೂನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತು) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977ರ ನಿಯಮ 26(2) ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಪಾಲ ಅನಂತರಾಜಪ್ಪ ಬರಗಾಲಿ, ಇವರನ್ನು ಧಾರವಾಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ತ್ವರಿತಗತಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಭಿಯೋಜಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ, ಕಾರ್ಯಭಾರ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಇವೆರಡರಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಮೊದಲೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ:ಆರ್ ಡಿ 586 ಎಎಸ್ ಡಿ 2009, ದಿನಾಂಕ:14.10.2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಪೀಡಿತ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳೆ ನಾಶದ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಬಿದ್ದ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ಜಾನುವಾರುಗಳ ಹಾನಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮಾಡುವುದು, ನಾಶವಾದ ಮೂಲ ಸೌಕರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ವಸತಿ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸುವುದು/. ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು/ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ 10 ಜನ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಮೇತ 3 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಾಂತರಿಸಿ (ರಿಡೆಪ್ಲಾಯ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್) ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಇಬ್ಬರು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳ

ಈ ಆದೇಶದ ಕುರಿತು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಬೀದರ್ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ15.10.2009ರ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಗುಲ್ಬರ್ಗಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:20.9.2009ರ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಉತ್ತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:23.10.2009ರ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಜಿ. ನಾಡಿಗೇರ್, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧುಸೂದನ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ.ಪಿ. ಸಾವಂತ್ ಇವರುಗಳ ಸೇವೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅವರುಗಳನ್ನು ರಿಡಿಪ್ಲಾಯ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವರುಗಳು ಇರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂ: ಆರ್‌ಡಿ 515 ಎಎಸ್‌ಡಿ 2009, ದಿನಾಂಕ:16.11.2009ರಲ್ಲಿ 2006ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಹಿತ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ತರಬೇತಿಯ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ವಿವಿಧ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಪ್ರವಾಹ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯಿಂದ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳಿಂದ ಅವರುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕೋರಿರುವಂತೆ, ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ರಿಡಿಪ್ಲಾಯ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳನ್ನು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವಿವಿಧ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದುದು ಸರಿಯಷ್ಟೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿ ತದನಂತರ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯೋಗವು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಂತೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ 02 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ.8000-275-13500 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

1. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠತೆಯಂತೆಯೇ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯವು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಆಗ್ಗಿಂದಾಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸುವ ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 3. ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ (ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ) ನಡತೆ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತಿತರ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪ್ರಥಮವಾಗಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ ಈ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ (ಸೇವಾ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳ (1974)ರ ಅಡಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ / ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವರು ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ, ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. ಪಿಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ/ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ / ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಇಲ್ಲದವರು ಅಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡಿರುವವರು (ದೂರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮುಖೇನ ಅಥವಾ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮುಖೇನ) ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ, / ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್.ಡಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇಲ್ಲವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7. ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುವ ಓರಿಯೆಂಟೇಷನ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಿಫ್ರೆಷರ್ ಕೋರ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಇದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ತದನಂತರ ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ವಯ ಇರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿನ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:232/99ರ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬದ್ದವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

10. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 4463/2008, 5278, 5322, 5268, 5338/2008 ಮತ್ತು 43/2009ರ ಮೇಲೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

11. ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 12. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಬಳ, ಭತ್ಯೆ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಇವುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ ಅದರಂತೆ ಆಯಾ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂದರೆ ಪಿ.ಹೆಚ್‌ಡಿ/ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪದವಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆ, ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಜನರಲ್ ಲಾ ಭಾಗ-1 ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಗ-2 ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಂತರವೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಅಂತೆಯೇ ಕೇವಲ ಎಂ.ಫಿಲ್ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಈ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಎನ್.ಇ.ಟಿ/ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಇ.ಟಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯ ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರ ಘೋಷಣೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ದಿಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವರು ತಪ್ಪದೇ 100 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಪಥಗ್ರಹಣ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರುಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳ ನಿಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹರಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ರದ್ದಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

WINTER VACATION OF 2009

The High Court will remain closed for Winter Vacation from Wednesday the 23rd December 2009 to Friday the 1st January 2010 (Both days inclusive).

No appeals, Petitions or Applications and any other paper of Civil nature including Vakalathnama will be received during the Vacation except in cases where it is sought to obtain urgent interim orders like stay orders, attachment and temporary injunctions etc.

Criminal Appeals, Criminal Revision Petitions, Criminal Petitions and urgent applications in Criminal matters will be received during the Winter Vacation.

There will be no sittings during Winter Vacation in the Circuit Benches at Dharwad and Gulbarga.

Urgent matters of the nature specified above pertaining to the Circuit Benches of Dharwad and Gulbarga may be filed/moved before the Principal Bench at Bangalore.

During the Winter Vacation the office of the High Court will remain open from 10.15 AM to 5.00PM from Wednesday the 23rd December 2009 to Friday the 1st January 2010 (both days inclusive) (Friday the 25th & Monday the 28th December 2009 is public holiday) and papers will be received during office hours. Saturday the 26th December 2009 will not be working day during the Winter Vacation. Papers will be received from 10.30 AM to 3.00 PM on the days on which the Office will be working.

Vacation Benches mentioned hereunder will sit on Thursday the 24th Tuesday the 29th & Thursday the 31st December 2009 in Court Halls mentioned against them on the "SITTING DAYS" noted below at 10.30 AM during the Vacation to hear urgent matters. Matters of the nature referred to above filed during vacation and inclusive of the day previous to the sitting day will be posted before the respective Benches. But those cases filed on the sitting day will not be posted on that day except by the Special Orders of the Vacation Bench.

On the days of sitting, after completion of the Division Bench sitting, the Vacation Judges will sit single and take up Single Bench matters.
