ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1963 ರ ನಿಯಮ 3 ರ ಖಂಡ (ಎಫ್ಎಫ್)ನ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸದರಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್-I ರ ಐಟಂ 242ರ ನಂತರ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಐಟಂಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರ್ಪಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ:

WHEREAS the Government of Karnataka in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act. 1964 (Karnataka Act 12 of 1964) and taking into consideration of population, area under land revenue and other heads of account and having regard to the administrative convenience, proposes to issue a notification to alter the limits of village of Basavan Bagewadi with its hamlets of Basavan Bagewadi Taluk, Bijapur District and to constitute a new village called Balajinagar as specified in the schedule.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said Act, notice is hereby given for the information of all the persons likely to be affected thereby that the proposal will be taken into consideration on or after one month from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette Any objection or suggestion which may be received by the state Government from any persons with respect to the said proposal before the date specified above will be considered by the State Government, objections or suggestions may be addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, Bijapur District.
