ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 5 ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ 44 ನಗರ ಸಭೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಸಾಯಿಖಾನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸುವ/ಆಧುನಿಕ ಕಸಾಯಿಖಾನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ, ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ರೂ. 5.94 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸ್ವಾಮ್ಯದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪರಿಣತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ KSIIDC –IL&FS Project Development Company Limited (KIPDCL) ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ವಹಿಸಲು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1999ರ ಕಲಂ 4(ಜಿ) ರಡಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

(i) Stage I :Carry out preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for Development of Modern Abattoirs in 49 ULBs. Assistance to Department of Municipal Administration (DMA) in obtaining GOI-MoFPI approval for these projects under the Scheme

(ii) State II: Detailed design and estimate of the Abattoirs for each ULB. Tender Process for Procurement of Construction Contractors for development of Abattoirs in each ULB through transparent and competitive bidding process (KTPP Act)

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿವಿಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಅಗಸ್ತೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಾಲಯ, ರಾಮನಾಥಪುರ, ಅರಕಲಗೂಡು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು, ಹಾಸನ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರಾಚೀನ ಮತ್ತು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸ್ಮಾರಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪುರಾತತ್ವ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅವಶೇಷಗಳು ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 4(1)ರ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಕ್ಟ್ ಆಫ್ 1962) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಈ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥ್ತಾನವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಘೋಷಿಸಲು 60 ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕುರಿತಾದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳು, ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತಿ, ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ (ಆಡಳಿತ ಕನ್ನಡ) ವಿಕಾಸ ಸೌಧ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560 001 ಇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಈ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಮಾರಕವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಬಾಧಿತರಿಂದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಾಣಿಸಿದ ಅವಧಿಯೊಳಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಅದನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. ತಡವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (Central Act LX of 1952) the Government of Karnataka appointed a Commission of Inquiry by appointing Hon'ble Justice Sri B.K. Somashekhara, a Retired Judge of High Court of Karantaka and Andhra Pradesh for a period of three months to inquire into the incidents of attacks on certain places of worship in Dakshina Kannada and other districts of Karnataka in the month of September 2008.

Whereas, the term of the Commission was being extended periodically and the latest period of extension expires on 31.1.2010.

And whereas, the matter has been examined and, in exercise of the powers conferred in it, the Government of Karnataka is pleased to extend the term of office of the aforesaid Commission, till 31.3.2010. It is made clear that the Commission has to submit its report, on or before 31.3.2010, and that the Government will not extend the term of the Commission beyond that date under any circumstances.

Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of the section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (Central Act of 1952) the Government of Karnataka appointed a Commission of Inquiry consisting of Hon'ble Justice Kedambady Jagannathashetty, Retired Judge of High Court of Karantaka for a period of four months vide Notification No. HD 370 SST 2008, dated:17.6.2008 for the purposes of making an inquiry into the incident of police firing on 10th June 2008 resulting in the death of two persons in Haveri city, Haveri, There after it was extended for every three months from 17.10.2008, 16.1.2009, six months from 16.4.2009 and three months from 16.10.2009.

2. Whereas, the Commission has requested for extension of the terms of the Commission to complete the work.

3. Now, therefore in exercise of the powers vested with the Government, Government are pleased to extend the term of the above said Commission till 31.3.2010 for the last time and to compete the inquiry and submit its report on or before ³¹.³.²⁰¹⁰.

The draft of the following rules, further to amend the Karnataka Indian Systems of Medicine Branch of Teaching Cadre excluding Homoeopathy Teaching Cadre (Recruitment) Rules, 1995, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 read with Section 8 of Karnataka State Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990) is hereby published as required by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be taken into consideration after 15 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

And any objection or suggestion, which may be received by the State Government from any person with respect to the said draft before the expiry of the period specified above, will be considered by the State Government Objections and suggestions may be addressed to the Principal Secretary to Government (medical Education), Health and Family Welfare Department, Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore- 560 001.

DRAFT RULES

1. Title and Commencement: (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Indian systems of Medicine (Collegiate Branch of Teaching Cadre excluding Homoeopathy Teaching Cadre (Recruitment) Rules, 2009.

2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Amendment of Schedule: In Rule 1 of the Karnataka Indian Systems of Medicine (Collegiate Branch of Teaching Cadre excluding Homoeopathy Teaching Cadre (Recruitment) Rules, 1995 in sub- rule (2) for the Words "Eight Years" the words "Twelve Years" shall be deemed always to have been substituted.
