1. ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್. ಜೆ. ನಾಗರಾಜು ಇವರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅವಧಿಯು ದಿನಾಂಕ : 07-01-2010ರಿಂದ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಯ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಇವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹಾಲಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಾವಧಿಯು ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದು ಮೊದಲೋ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇದ್ದು, ಇದೊಂದು ಕೇವಲ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ಇವರ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಮಾಸಿಕ ರೂ. 8,000/- (ಎಂಟು ಸಾವಿರ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ)ಗಳ ಕ್ರೋಡೀಕೃತ ಸಂಬಳವನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಇವರು ಅರ್ಹರಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಮಾಡಲೇಬೇಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇವರು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಕಾಲಿಕ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ವೇತನದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತು ದಿನಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

4. ಸದರಿಯವರು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಸಾಂದರ್ಭಿಕ ರಜೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

5. ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಷರತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಬೇರಾವುದೇ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂದರೆ ವೇತನ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ, ಪಿಂಚಣಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸದರಿಯವರು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

6. ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರ ದುರ್ವರ್ತನೆ, ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯತೆ ಅಥವಾ ಉದಾಸೀನತೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಸದರಿ ನೌಕರರು ಭರಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 7. ಸದರಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಖಾಯಂ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 8. ಇವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ, ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆ, ಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಇವರು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವುದು. 9. ಇವರು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ನೆರವೇರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ಅಥವಾ ದೊರಕಬಹುದಾದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಗೌಪ್ಯವಾಗಿಟ್ಟು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

10. 1966ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಮತ್ತು 1957ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗೆ ಇವರು ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ

11. ಈ ಒಪ್ಪಂದದ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 12. ಈ ಅದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಏಳು ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗಾಗಿ ರೂ. 50/-ಗಳ (ಐವತ್ತು ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳ) ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ (Stamp paper) ಸದರಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಷರತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕರಾರು ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕ್ರಮಬದ್ಧ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದರಿಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
