ದಿನಾಂಕ: 19.4.2009 ರಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಆರಕ್ಷಕ ಉಪ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ಸಖರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಣ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆ ಇವರು ಖಚಿತ ವರ್ತಮಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿದಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜೋಡಿಹೋಚಿಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗೇಟ್ ಬಳಿ ನಿಡಘಟ್ಟಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವ ಟಾರ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಆಂಜನೇಯ ಆರ್ಚ್ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ದೇವನೂರು ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಎರಡು ಮೋಟಾರ್ ಬೈಕ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಬರುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ, ಅನುಮಾನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ತಡೆದು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿ ಕೆಎ, 18-ಕೆ 7208 ರ ಹಿರೋ ಹೊಂಡಾ ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಚೀಲದೊಳಗೆ 3 ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 180 ಮಿಲಿಯ 48 ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 144 ರಾಜವಿಸ್ಕಿ ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 1) ಬಾಬು @ ಎನ್.ಬಿ. ತಿರುಮಲ್ಲೇಗೌಡ ಬಿನ್ ಭೀಮೆಗೌಡ, ನಿಡಘಟ್ಟ, 2) ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್ ಬಿನ್ ಗಿಡ್ಡೆಹನುಮಯ್ಯ, ನಿಡಘಟ್ಟ ವಾಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬೈಕ್ ನಂ. ಕೆಎ:18-ಎಲ್:1423 ಬಜಾಜ್ ಸಿಟಿ-100 ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಪ್ಲಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ ಚೀಲದೊಳಗೆ 2 ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 180 ಮಿಲಿಯ 48 ರಂತೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 96 ರಾಜವಿಸ್ಕಿ ಬಾಟಲಿಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಬೈಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಾದ ವೀರೂಪಾಕ್ಷ ಬಿನ್ ಶಿವಪ್ಪ ಮತ್ತು ಎನ್.ವೈ. ಕುಮಾರ್ ಬಿನ್ ಯರಳಪ್ಪ, ನಿಡಘಟ್ಟ ಕಡೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಇವರುಗಳು ಮದ್ಯ ಸಾಗಾಣಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ರಹದಾರಿ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ, ಅಕ್ರಮವಾದುದೆಂದು ದೃಡಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಜರುಗಿಸಿ, ದೊರೆತ ಮದ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಾಹನಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಶಕ್ಕೆ ಅಮಾನತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೊಂಡು ಆರೋಪಿಗಳನ್ನು ದಸ್ತಗಿರಿಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಕ್ರೈ ನಂ. 47/2009 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಮತ್ತು (ಮಾದರಿ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ) ಮದ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಕುರಿತು ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಅಬಕಾರಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ಕಡೂರು ವಲಯ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಮದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲಿನ ನಡವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1965ರ ಕಲಂ 43(ಎ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮುಟ್ಟಗೋಲಿನ ನಡವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆಯಲಾದ "ಬಿ" ವರದಿಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಕೆಎ. 18- ಕೆ:7208 ರ ಹಿರೋ ಹೊಂಡಾ ಬೈಕ್‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ.ಜಿ. ಅಮೀರ್ ಖಾನ್ ಬಿನ್ ಜಬ್ಬರ್ ಖಾನ್, ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಲಾರ್ಡ್, ತಂಗಲಿ ಅಂಚೆ, ಕಡೂರು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಎ:-18-ಎಲ್:1423 ಬಜಾಜ್ ಸಿಟಿ-100 ಬೈಕ್‌ನ ಮಾಲೀಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್.ಡಿ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಬಿನ್ ಎನ್.ಹೆಚ್. ದಾಸಶೆಟ್ಟಿ, ನಿಡಘಟ್ಟ ಅಂಚೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಕಡೂರು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಇವರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಫ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮದ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಏಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಕಾರಣ ಕೇಳಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1965ರ ಕಲಂ 43 (ಬಿ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಅಂಚೆ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಾಗೂ ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್.ಡಿ. ವಿಶ್ವನಾಥ ಇವರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:5.12.2009 ರಂದು ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಜಾರಿಯಾದ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಿ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ.ಜಿ. ಅಮೀರ್ ಖಾನ್ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾದ ನೋಟಿಸ್ "ವಿಳಾಸದಾರರು ಬೇರೆ ಊರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದು, ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ 7 ದಿವಸದೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ವಾಪಸ್ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ" ಎಂಬ ಷರಾದೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಬಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಅಭಿಯೋಗ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ವಾದ ಮಂಡಿಸಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ಪಡೆದ 7 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಾಲಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದಾಗ್ಯೂ, ನೋಟೀಸ್‌ನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಯೂ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವೆಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿ ಎಂಟು ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿ ಕಳೆದಿದ್ದು ಕೃತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಾಹನವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಾಕ್ಷಧಾರಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ವಾಹನದ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಇದುವರೆವಿಗೂ ತಾವಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ತಮ್ಮ ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರವಾಗಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಹನದ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕೃತ್ಯ ನಡೆದಿರುವುದರಿಂದಲೇ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಮೀಲಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ವಾಹನದ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವಾಹನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸದೆ ಇರುವ ಅಂಶವು ಸಹಾಯಕ ಅಭಿಯೋಗ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ವಾದದಿಂದ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಫ ಭಾಗ-೩ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೫, ೨೦೧೦ ೭೯೭ ಮೇಲ್ನೋಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಬೀತಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ವಾಹನದ ಮಾಲೀಕರಿಗೆ ನೋಟೀಸ್ ನೀಡಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿದಾಗಲೂ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಿ ವಾಹನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಾಧಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಫ್ತಾಗಿರುವ ವಾಹನ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದು ತಟಸ್ಥ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯ ವೈಪರೀತ್ಯಗಳಿಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಹಾಳಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ರಾಜಸ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಧಕ್ಕೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಸಂಭವವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆಯ ಶೀಘ್ರ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ವಾಹನವನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಬಕಾರಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1965ರ ಕಲಂ 43 (ಸಿ) ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಯೋಗ್ಯವೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಯಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಆದೇಶ.

(1) ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು-

(ಎ) ಈ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದಡಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ತನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಸೂಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಚಿಯ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಗಣಕಯಂತ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವುದು.

ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ತರಹದ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ವಾಹನಗಳ ತನಿಖೆ ಇವು ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯು ಸೂಚಿಯ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯು ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಂಡಿರದೆ ಇರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಚೂರಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಗಣಕೀಕೃತಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ಸೂಕ್ತಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಕಾಲೋಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

(cid:190) ವಾಹನಗಳ ತನಿಖೆಮಾಡುವುದು, (cid:190) ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು, (cid:190) ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು, (cid:190) ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಬಿ-ವಹಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು, (cid:190) ಚಾಲನಾ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರಿತ್ರೆ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು, (cid:190) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳಡಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾಯ್ಯೋಜಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳಿಗೆ ರಹದಾರಿ ನೀಡುವುದು,

(cid:190) ಕೆಲವು ಅನುಸೂಚಿತ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಭಿರ ನಡೆಸಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಕೆಲಸಕಾರ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುವುದು,

(cid:190) ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಖಜಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಶುಲ್ಕ ದಂಡ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಖಜಾನೆಗೆ ಸಂದಾಯಿಸುವುದು,

ii) ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿವರ್ಗದವರ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳು:-

1) ಪ್ರಭಾರಿ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ. ನೂರ್ ಮೊಹಮ್ಮದ್ ಭಾಷಾ.

ಇವರು ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾಗಿದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಪದನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಇವರ ಅಧಿಕಾರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಾಯೋಜಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ವಾಹನಗಳ ತನಿಖೆ ರಹದಾರಿ ನೀಡುವಿಕೆ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂತಾದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಆಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

2) ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಎಂ. ಕೃಷ್ಣಕುಮಾರ,

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮನ್ವಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೆಲ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

3) ಕಛೇರಿ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ಶ್ರೀ ಎ. ಬಸವರಾಜ,

ಇವರು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೊಂದಣಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ-1 ಮತ್ತು 2, ರಹದಾರಿ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಆಂತರಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಪರಿಶೋದನೆ, ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

4) ಕಛೇರಿ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು, ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಬಿ.ಚನ್ನಪ್ಪ

ಇವರು ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಖಜಾನೆ ವಿಭಾಗ, ರಾಜಸ್ವ ಮರು ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ತಃಖ್ತೆ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ, ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸಿನಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

5) ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ.ಹೆಚ್. ವೀರೇಶ,

ಇವರು ರಹದಾರಿ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಇಲಾಖಾ ಶಾಸನ ಕ್ರಮದಡಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಶಾಸನ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅದ್ಯರ್ಪಣ ವಿಭಾಗವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

6) ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಭೀಮರಾಯ,

ಇವರು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಹೊಸನೊಂದಣಿ ನಂತರದ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ, ಅನಾಕ್ಷೇಪಣ ಪತ್ರ, ಸ್ವಚ್ಚತಾಪತ್ರ, ಕಂತು-ಕರಾರು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವುದು, ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು, ಟಿ.ಟಿ. ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ-1 ಮತ್ತು 2, ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನೊಂದಣಿ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

7) ಪ್ರಥಮ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ವೆಂಕಟೇಶಲು ಗುಪ್ತ,

ಇವರು ಹೊರವಲಯದ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಚಾಲನಾ ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾಹನದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರಿಗೆ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್ ನೀಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

8) ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚುಗಾರ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹೇಶ ಎಸ್. ಹೇರಲಗಿ,

ಇವರು ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು, ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಜ ನೀಡುವುದು, ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರವಾಹನಗಳ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ದ್ವಿ-ಪ್ರತಿ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿ ಅಂಚೆ ರವಾನಿಸುವುದು.

9) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಜೆ.ಬಿ. ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣಗೌಡ,

ಇವರು ದ್ವಿ-ಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ನೊಂದಣಿ (ದ್ವಿ-ಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ), ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರದ ಹಿಂಬರಹ, ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರದ ನವೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾಸಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯವರದಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸುವುದು ಇವರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

10) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ರಿಕ್ತ (ಪ್ರಭಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಜೆ.ಬಿ. ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಣಗೌಡ)

ಇವರು ಹೊಸ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ, ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳ ವಿಳಾಸ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ನವೀಕರಣ, ಹೊರರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊರ ವಲಯ ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಕೆಎ35- ಎಂ ಹೊಸನೊಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.

11) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ರಿಕ್ತ (ಪ್ರಭಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ. ವೆಂಕೋಬ)

ಇವರು ಖಜಾನೆ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಮತ್ತು ತೆರಿಗೆ ದಂಡ ಪಾವತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಖಜಾನೆಗೆ ಸಂದಾಯಿಸುವುದು.

12) ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ. ವೆಂಕೋಬ

ಇವರು ದ್ವಿ-ಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ನೊಂದಣಿ, ಆವಕ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾವಕ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿಗಳ ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕಾ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರ ನೀಡುವುದು.

13) ಪ್ರ.ದ.ಸ., ಶ್ರೀ ವಾಸುದೇವ

ಇವರು ಸಾರಿಗೇತರ ನೊಂದಣಿ ನಂತರದ ಕೆಲಸ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಲೈಸನ್ಸ ನೀಡುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ವಹಿಸಿದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು.

14) ಹಿರಿಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಟಿ.ಎಸ್. ಪುರುಷೋತ್ತಮ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

14) ಹಿರಿಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ರಾಮಾಂಜಿನಪ್ಪ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

15) ಹಿರಿಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಂ. ವೈ. ಅಣ್ಣಿಗೇರಿ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

16) ಹಿರಿಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಶಂಕರ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

17) ಹಿರಿಯ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ. ಸದಾಶಿವಪ್ಪ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

18) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಆರ್.ಎಲ್. ಹೊಸಮನಿ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

19) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಜಿ. ಸಾಯಿಪ್ರಸಾದ್

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

20) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಮೂರ್ತಿರವಿ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

21) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್. ರಾಜು

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

22) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಕೆ.ವಿ. ಉದಯಕುಮಾರ ಇವರು ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಪ್ರ.ಸಾ.ಅ.

ನೆಲಮಂಗಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಇವರ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಎ.ವಿ.ಪ್ರಸಾದ್, ಮೋ.ವಾ.ನಿ ಇವರು ಪ್ರಾ.ಸಾ.ಅ., ಕೊಪ್ಪಳ ಕಛೇರಿಯಿಂದ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

23) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ದಿಲೀಪ್ ಜಿ. ಮಹೇಂದ್ರಕರ

ಇವರು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರದತ್ತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ನೊಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರದ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭರಿಸದ, ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ರಹಿತ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕ ಭಾರ ಸಾಗಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ತಪಾಸಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಜಪ್ತು ಮಾಡುವುದು ರಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಿಗೆ ದಂಡ/ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದು.

ಕಲಿಕೆ/ ಚಾಲನಾ/ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಚಾಲನಾ ಅನುಜ್ಞಾಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪತ್ರಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೊಂದಣಿಗಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಭೌತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು. ಅಪಘಾತಗೊಂಡ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ವರದಿ ನೀಡುವುದು.

24) ಖಜಾನೆ ರಕ್ಷಕ ತಥಾ ಸಿಪಾಯಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್.ಎಂ. ಕುಬೇರಸ್ವಾಮಿ

ಇವರು ಖಜಾನೆಗೆ ರಾಜಸ್ವ ಸಂದಾಯಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

25) ಸಿಪಾಯಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ವೈ. ವೆಂಕಟೇಶ್ವರಲು

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

26) ಸಿಪಾಯಿ, ಶ್ರೀ ವಸಂತಕುಮಾರ ಕೆ.

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

27) ಖಜಾನೆ ರಕ್ಷಕ, ಶ್ರೀ ಡಿ.ಟಿ. ತ್ಯಾಗರಾಜ, (ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಕಛೇರಿಯಿಂದ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ)

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಖಜಾನೆ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಸ್ವವನ್ನು ಖಜಾನೆಗೆ ಸಂದಾಯಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

28) ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕ. ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್. ಮನೋಹರ ಕುಮಾರ

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೇ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

29) ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕ. ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ಟಿ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ

ಇವರು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಚಾಲನೇ ಮಾಡುವುದು. iii) ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ;

ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1988, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮವು 1989, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ತೆರಿಗೆ 1957 ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1989 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಡಿ ನಿಯೋಜಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧೀನ ಕಛೇರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಕಾಲ-ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ವಿಷಯ ನಿರ್ವಾಹಕರು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

iv) ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ತಾನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಮಾಡಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳು;

ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧೀನ ಕಛೇರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಪದ್ದತಿಯಾನುಸಾರ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1988, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮವು 1989, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ತೆರಿಗೆ 1957 ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1989 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಡಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ವಿನಹ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

v) ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯವರು ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಅವಶ್ಯವಿರುವ ಕಾಯಿದೆ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು, ಕೈಪಿಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ

ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು;

1) ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1988, 2) ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಯಮವು 1989, 3) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ತೆರಿಗೆ 1957, 4) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1989 ಹಾಗೂ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಫ ಭಾಗ-೩ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೫, ೨೦೧೦ ೮೩೯ 5) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ಕೈಪಿಡಿ, ಅನುಬಂಧ, ಅನುಸೂಚಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉಪಬಂದಗಳು, 6) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ (ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಹಾಜರಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1963, 7) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ನಡತೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1966, 8) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ, ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957, 9) ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವರದಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 10) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಹಿತೆ, 11) ಸಾದಿಲ್ವಾರು ವೆಚ್ಚದ ಕೈಪಿಡಿ 1958, 12) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಗುಂಪು ವಿಮೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1981, 13) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿಧಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1957, 14) ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಸರಕಾರ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಛೇರಿ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಆದೇಶಗಳು.

vi) ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದಸ್ತಾವೇಜುಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು;

vii) ಕಾರ್ಯ ನೀತಿಯ ರಚನೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅನುಷ್ಟಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರೊಡನೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಅವರ

ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯವಿರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಇರುವಂತಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು;

ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧೀನ ಕಛೇರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳಂತೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಆದರೆ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನೀತಿ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಪ್ತವಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲು ಬಯಸಿದಾಗ ಸಲಹೆ ಪೆಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿದ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಬಹುದು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮೇಲ್ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸೂಚನೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸುವಂತ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಒದಗಿಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಕ್ತ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

viii) ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳು, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್‌ಗಳ, ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ನಿಕಾಯಗಳು; ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲು ಅಥವಾ ಸಲಹೆಗಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತವಾಗಿರುವ

ಇಬ್ಬರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಆ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳ, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್‌ಗಳ, ಸಮಿತಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ನಿಕಾಯಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ

ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆಯೇ? ಅಥವಾ ಅಂತಹ ಸಭೆಗಳ ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಅವಲೋಕಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆಯೇ?

ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧೀನ ಕಛೇರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಂತಹ ಸಮಿತಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಕಾಯಿಗಳು ಅಸ್ಥಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ix) ಅದರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳ ಕೈಪಿಡಿ

ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಭಜಟ್;

ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ವಿವರ ಸಾದಿಲ್ವಾರು ವೆಚ್ಚಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ 1,80,000/- ರೂ. ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು 1,80,000/- ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಏಜೆನ್ಸಿಗಳು ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. xii) ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವ ವಿಧಾನ ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಮೊತ್ತ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಃ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಪಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು.

ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಂತಹ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಲೋಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ವಿವರ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. xiii) ಅದರಿಂದ ಮಂಜೂರಿಯಾದ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳು ರಹದಾರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಪಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು.

xiv) ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ವಶದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿದ ವಿವರ.

ಈ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಇನ್ನೂ ಗಣಕೀಕರಣ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ರೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. xv) ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಅಥವಾ ವಾಚನಾಲಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಮಯವನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳು;

ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಂಥಾಲಯ ಅಥವಾ ವಾಚನಾಲಯ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಮಾಹಿತಿಪಡೆಯಲು ಕಛೇರಿ ಸಮಯ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10.00 ಘಂ. ಯಿಂದ ಮದ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1.30 ಘಂ. ಮತ್ತು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 2.15 ರಿಂದ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ 5.30 ರವರೆಗೆ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. xvi) ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಹೆಸರು, ಪದನಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ವಿವರಗಳು,

xvii) ಯಾವುದೆ ತರಹದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ; ಮತ್ತು ತದನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲೋಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು.

ಸದರಿ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್-2009ರ ಅಂತ್ಯದಂತೆ ಇರುವುದು. ನಂತರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್-2010 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲೋಚಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಕ.ವಿ.ಪ್ರ.ನಿ.ನಿ. ಯು 2003ರ ವಿದ್ಯುಚ್ಛಕ್ತಿ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ 164ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ನಿಯಮದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 67 (II)ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯೋಜನೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಇವೆ.

ORGANISATION

The Superintendent of Police is the head of the police department of the District. He is assisted by one Additional Superintendent of Police and 07 Deputy Superintendents of police. The Additional Superintendent of Police is in charge of Crime and Traffic. The Deputy superintendents of police are in charge of particular sub-divisions. Each sub-division is further divided into Circles, Each of which is under an Inspector of Police. Each circle is sub-divided into Police Stations, each of which is under one or two Sub-Inspectors with a complement of ASIs, CHCs and CPCs.

FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

The functions and duties of the Police Department are as follows:

a) Protect the lives and liberties of the people from criminal and anti-social elements.

b) Earn the good will, support and active assistance of the community.

c) Co-ordination with other wings of the criminal justice system.

d) Equal treatment regardless of caste, religion, social and economic status or political affiliations.

e) Exhibit due consideration for women, children, senior citizens and weaker sections.

f) Improve professional knowledge, skills and attitudes and adopt modern methods in police work.

g) Accept and play the role in social transformation and bring about improvement in the quality of life in the society.

h) Foster professional values in policing with special emphasis on integrity, impartiality and efficiency.

The following are the Police Sub-Divisions of the district comprising Circles,

The Police Stations are the lowest functional units of the police department. At present there are 36 Police Stations in the district. P.D.Halli, Moka, Kurugodu, Kuduthini, Tekkalakota, Sirigeri, Hatcholli, T.B.Dam, Kudligi, Gudekote, Hosahalli, Sandur, Toranagallu, M.M.Halli, Gadiganur, Hire Hadagali, Ittigi, H.B.Halli, T.B.Halli Police Stations are headed by single sub-inspectors who are the SHOs. Brucepet, Gandhinagar, Cowl Bazaar, Bellary Traffic, Hospet Town, Hospet Traffic, Chithwadigi, Hospet Rural, Hampi Tourism PSs is headed by a police Inspector as Station house officer. All the remaining police stations are provided with 2 sub Inspectors each for Law & Order and Crime Branches respectively.

SPECIAL UNITS

There are Special Police Units at the District level to perform specialized police functions and to assist Civil Police Units in the effective discharge of their functions. They are as follows :-

DISTRICT SPECIAL BRANCH

This Intelligence Wing is headed by an officer of the rank of Police Inspector. He is assisted by PSI & Civil Head Constables. This wing is working directly under the control of Supdt.of Police. DISTRICT CRIME RECORD BUREAU

This Wing is headed by an officer of the rank of Dy. Supdt. of Police, functioning under the direct control of Addl. Supdt. Of Police. Dy. Supdt. of Police is assisted by, PSI, Civil Head Constables & Constables. It mainly deals with collection, collation and dissemination of information about Crime and Criminal of the district level. The staff allotted to the Police Computer Wing, DCRB, Crime Section of DPO, Single Digit Finger Print Unit, District Scientific Aid Unit and Dog Squad have been grouped together to form part of this District Crime Record Bureau.

DISTRICT CRIME INTELLIGENCE BUREAU

This unit is working under the direct supervision of the Supdt.of Police, which would collect, intelligence and take, action regarding gambling, prostitution, drugs and other social elements. They are also supposed to work regarding offences of special importance and investigation of murder, dacoity and other sensational cases which are undetected. This unit is headed by a police inspector. He is assisted by a complement of Civil Head Constables & Constables.

FINGER PRINT AND D.S.A. UNIT

This Wing is headed by an officer of the rank of Police Inspector. He is assisted by 01 Police sub-Inspector,1 Civil Head Constable, 02 Civil Constables. DSA Unit is added by 1 PSI, 2 Head Constables. These wings are working directly under the control of Addl. Supdt.of Police. It mainly deals with visiting scene of offence in theft cases and important cases

EXCISE AND LOTTERY BAN SQUAD

The Hon'ble Govt. of Karnataka has banned the Sale of Lottery tickets and Liquors / illicit Liquors in the State. This Lottery and Liquors banned Squad is working to curb stop the sale of Liquors / illicit Liquors and also the sale of all types of Lotteries in the Dist.

DISTRICT ARMED RESERVE POLICE

There is district armed reserve police force in this district. Headed by DSP, DAR, Bellary. Who is head of the district armed reserve and is assisted by 02 RPIs, 07 RSIs, 11 ARSIs, AHC's and APC's.

This unit is providing standing guards, escorts, and striking force in emergent law and order situations.

MOTOR TRANSPORT SECTION

This wing is placed at DAR, Bellary and is functioning under the Supervision of DSP (DAR) consisting of AHC drivers, APC drivers, APC Motor cycle riders & cleaners. Motor vehicle section will look after the repairs and maintenance of all the Police Vehicles of the District..

(ii) THE POWERS & DUTIES OF OFFICERS( EXECUTIVE OFFICERS)

The duties and responsibilities are

(1) Promote and preserve public order.

(2) Investigate crimes and apprehend the offenders and participate in subsequent legal proceedings connected therewith.

(3) Identify problems and situations that are likely to result in the commission of crime.

(4) Reduce the opportunities for the commission of crimes through preventive patrol and other appropriate police measures.

(5) Aid and co-operate with other concerned agencies in implementing other appropriate measures for prevention of crimes.

(6) Aid individuals who are in danger of physical harm.

(7) Create and maintain a feeling of security in the community.

(8) Facilitate orderly movement of people and vehicles.

(9) Counsel and resolve conflicts and promote amity.

(10) Provide other appropriate services and afford relief to people in distress situations.

(11) Collect intelligence relating to matters affecting public peace and crimes in general including social and economic offences, national integration and security.

(12) Perform such other duties as may be enjoined on them by law.

(13) The police officers have been given powers under the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No.II of 1974), the Karnataka Police Act, 1963 (Karnataka Act No.4 of 1964), and several special acts notified by the Government of India and the Government of Karnataka in regard to these duties.

Superintendent of police is assisted by an Assistant Administrative Officer in his head Quarters for discharging the duties connected with office administration. Asst. Administrative Officer is assisted by 3 section superintendents, 13 First Division Assistants, 15 Second Division Assistants, 8 Typists and 4 Dalayaths. ಉಡುಪಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಕೃಷ್ಣಮಠದ ರಥಬೀದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇರುವ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನ ನಿಲುಗಡೆಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರದ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:29.01.2010 ರಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಉಡುಪಿ ರಥಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸುಗಮ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ ಫ ಭಾಗ-೩ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ೆಬ್ರವರಿ ೨೫, ೨೦೧೦ ೮೬೯ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತೆ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬದಲಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ಮನಗಂಡು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಉಡುಪಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಪಿ. ಹೇಮಲತಾ. ಭಾ.ಆ.ಸೇ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾದಂಡಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಆದ ನಾನು ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1989ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 115 ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1989ರ ನಿಯಮ 221ಎ ರಲ್ಲಿ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

1) ಕನಕದಾಸ ರಸ್ತೆ (ಸಂಸ್ಕøತ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ದಿಂದ ರಥಬೀದಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸಿಸಿ ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್ ವರೆಗಿನ

ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಸಂಸ್ಕøತ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಿಂದ ಕನಕದಾಸ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಥಬೀದಿ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಕøತ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಎಸಿಸಿ ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಳಿಗೆಯವರೆಗೆ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವುದು.

2) ನೊವೆಲ್ಟಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವ ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲಿ ದ್ವಿಮುಖವಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ನೊವೆಲ್ಟಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾರ್ತ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು.

3) ಅನುಗ್ರಹ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಐರೋಡಿ ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು. ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಐರೋಡಿ ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಸೀದಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನ ನಿಲುಗಡೆ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸುವುದು.

4) ಸಿ.ಬಿ. ರಸ್ತೆ (ಕಾರ್ಪೋರೇಶನ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮಸೀದಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುರುಕೃಪಾ ಸ್ಟುಡಿಯೋ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಚಲಿಸುವ ರಸ್ತೆ)

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇನ್ನುಮುಂದೆ ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತ್ ಬೀಡಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಚಲಿಸುವ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಆಭರಣ ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಗುರುಕೃಪಾ ಸ್ಟುಡಿಯೋ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಮಸೀದಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೇರುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಾಹನಗಳ ನಿಲುಗಡೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

5) ಆಭರಣ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ದಿಂದ ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲಿ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಭರಣ ಜ್ಯೂವೆಲರ್ಸ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಗೀತಾಂಜಲಿ ಟಾಕೀಸ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನ ಭಾರತ್ ಬೀಡಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಚಲಿಸಿ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲ್ಸಂಕ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು.

6) ಕಾಳಿಂಗ ಮರ್ದನ ರಸ್ತೆ (ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ)

ಈಗ ಹಾಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಕನಕದಾಸ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಎಸಿಸಿ ಸಿಮೆಂಟ್ ಮಳಿಗೆ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ನೊವೆಲ್ಟಿ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳು ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಲ್ಸಂಕ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವುದು.

7) ಬಡಗುಪೇಟೆಯಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಸಂಕವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಕಲ್ಸಂಕ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ರಥಬೀದಿ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಯಿದ್ದು. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಈಗ ಇರುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ನಾರ್ತ್‌ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಕಲ್ಸಂಕ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು.

8) ಮಿತ್ರ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ದಿಂದ ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ಯ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಮಿತ್ರ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ವಾಹನ ಚಲಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಂಕುಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು.

9) ತೆಂಕು ಪೇಟೆಯ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ದಿಂದ ವುಡ್‌ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್‌ವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ಸಧ್ಯ ರಥಬೀದಿ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖ ಸಂಚಾರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ವೆಂಕಟರಮಣ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಿತ್ರ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳು ಐಡಿಯಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಂಕುಪೇಟೆ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವುಡ್‌ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ವುಡ್‌ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸುವುದು.

10) ತೆಂಕುಪೇಟೆ ವುಡ್ ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಕ್ರಾಸ್‌ದಿಂದ ಚಿತ್ತರಂಜನ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ವರೆಗಿನ ರಸ್ತೆ.

ಈ ರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಧ್ಯ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಂಕುಪೇಟೆ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ವುಡ್‌ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿತ್ತರಂಜನ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಡೆ ಏಕಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಸಂಚರಿಸಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಲಿಸುವುದು.

ಈ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1988ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 116ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮೋಟಾರು ವಾಹನ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1989ರ ನಿಯಮ 221 ಎ(2) ರಂತೆ ಸಂಜ್ಞಾಫಲಕಗಳನ್ನು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಳವಡಿಸಲು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಉಡುಪಿ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:30.01.2010 ರಂದು ನನ್ನ ಸ್ವಹಸ್ತ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಹರಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ವಿಷಯ: ವಾರಸುದಾರರು ಇಲ್ಲದ ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ಮನವಿ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಮನವಿ ಏನೆಂದರೆ ದೇವರಜೀವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವಾರಸುದಾರರು ಇಲ್ಲದ ವಾಹನಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಇವುಗಳ ಮಾಲೀಕರನ್ನು ಪತ್ತೆಮಾಡಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ 11ನೇ ಎ.ಸಿ.ಎಂ.ಎಂ. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ದಿನಾಂಕ:09.02.2010 ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಮಾನ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ವರದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ 1 ತಿಂಗಳ ನಂತರ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

Whereas it is necessary to make an order with a view to enabling M/s Shree Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Ltd., at Udupudi Village, Ramdurg Taluk, Belgaum District, to purchase the quantity of Sugar Cane required having regard to the crushing capacity of the factory, the availability of Sugarcane in the area where sugarcane is grown and the need for production of Sugar.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Sugarcane (Control) Order 1966 read with CSR 1127, Dated:16th July 1966 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-Operation (Department of Food) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following orders namely:

i) This Order may be called the Karnataka Sugarcane (Regulation of Distribution) M/s Shree Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Ltd., Udupudi Village, Ramdurg Taluk, Belgaum, order 2010.

ii) It shall come into force at once and shall remain in force till withdrawn or repealed subject to amendments as the State Government may make from time to time.

2) Definitions: In this Order:-

a) Factory means the premises of the factory at Udupudi Village, owned by M/s Shree Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Ltd., Udupudi Village, Ramdurg Taluk, Belgaum District including the premises of such factory.

b) 'Form' means a form appended to this order.

c) Words and expressions used in this order but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in clause 2 of the Sugarcane (Control) order 1966.

3) Determination of the quantity of Sugarcane required by the factory and reservation of the area for supply of sugarcane.

i) The crushing capacity of M/s Shree Shivsagar Sugar and Agro Products Ltd., being 2500 TCD.

The quantity of Sugarcane required by the factory during a year is about 4.50 Lakh M.Ts to 5.00 Lakh M.Ts.

ii) The factory shall secure the sugarcane determined under sub clause (2) from the areas specified in schedule-I to this order which shall be the area reserved temporarily in the interest of farmers for supplying sugarcane to the factory concerned, till the new factories, likely to come up in that area are established.

4) FIXIATION OF QUANTITY OF SUGARCANE TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE GROWER:

Every grower of sugarcane in the area reserved temporarily as specified in Schedule-I shall supply to the factory ninety five percent of the sugarcane grown by each such grower Co-operative Society operating in the reserved area, through such society.

5) AGREEMENT TO SUPPLY OR PURCHASE THE DETERMINED QUANTITY OF SUGARCANE:

Every grower of sugarcane or a sugarcane grower Co-operative Society, supplying sugarcane to the factory and the factory shall enter into agreement to supply or purchase as the case may be, the quantity of sugarcane determined under clause-4.

6) PROHIBITION OF EXPORT OF SUGARCANE FROM AREA RESERVED TEMPORARILY.

No. Sugarcane shall be exported from the area reserved temporarily except under and in accordance with the conditions of a permit issued by the Deputy Commissioner in Form-I of Schedule-II.

7) ISSUE OF PERMITS:

i) Application for the grant of a permit under clause-6 shall be made in form 2 of Schedule-II and shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs.5/- and an amount of Rs.100/- as security Deposit.

ii) If any condition of the permit is contravened, the Deputy Commissioner may after giving an opportunity to the person Concerned to show cause why the amount deposited by way of security or any part there of may not be forfeited, pass order forfeiting the whole or part of the amount deposited as security.

Fifth Amendment to KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2004.

Preamble:

Whereas, Section 46 of the Electricity Act, 2003 empowers the State Commission to authorize by way of regulations, a Distribution Licensee to charge from a person requiring a supply of electricity in pursuance of Section 43, any expenses reasonably incurred in providing any electrical line or plant used for the purpose of giving that supply, the Commission by virtue of the said powers, read with Section 181 of the Act has notified " KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2004" in the Notification no.Y/01/4 dated 12-11-2004 and the same was published in Part-3 of Gazette of Karnataka dated 16-12-2004 (Page nos.2216 to 2222). Consequent to merger of 7 City Municipal Councils, 1 Town Municipal Council and 111 villages into Bangalore Mahanagara Palike and formation of Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike by the Government of Karnataka, the Commission deemed it appropriate to bring in amendment to the existing KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2004.Hence, this Fifth Amendment is notified.

AMENDMENT

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 181 read with section 46 and sub-section (2) of section 43 of the Electricity Act 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003) and all powers enabling it in that behalf, the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2004.

I. Title and commencement:

a) These Regulations may be called the KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for Supply of Electricity) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2004.

b) These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the official Gazette of Karnataka.

c) These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the state of Karnataka.

II. Amendments to the following Regulations of KERC (Recovery of Expenditure for

Supply of Electricity) Regulations, 2004:

The existing provisions as in column 3 of the Table below shall stand substituted by the provisions as in column 4:
