In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 36AB(1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics (Amendment) Act, 2008, the Government of Karnataka with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court of Karnataka, hereby constitutes Special Courts mentioned at Column (2) of the Table below in respect of the areas specified in the corresponding entries in Column (4) and appoints the District and Sessions Judges specified in Column (3) to be the Judges of the Special Courts specified in the

Whereas it is necessary to make an order with a view to enabling Sri Basaveshwara Sugars Ltd., at Karjoal Village, Bijapur Taluk, Bijapur District, to purchase the quantity of Sugar Cane required having regard to the crushing capacity of the factory, the availability of Sugarcane in the area where sugarcane is grown and the need for production of Sugar.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause 6,7,8 and 9 of the Sugarcane (Control) order 1966 read with CSR 1127, dated 16th July 1966 of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Co-Operation (Department of Food) the Government of Karnataka hereby makes the following orders namely:-

I. TITLE, COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF OPERATION:

i) This Order may be called the Karnataka Sugarcane (Regulation of Distribution) Sri Basaveshwara Sugars Ltd., Karjoal Village, Bijapur Taluk, Bijapur District, order 2010.

ii) It shall come into force at once and shall remain in force till withdrawn or repealed subject to amendments as the State Government may make from time to time.

2. DEFINITIONS: - In this order: -

a. Factory means the premises of the factory at Karjoal Village, Owned by Sri Basaveshwara Sugars Ltd., Karjoal Village, Bijapur Taluk, Bijapur District, including the precincts of such factory.

b. 'Form' means a form appended to this order.

c. Words and expressions used in this order but not defined shall have the meaning assigned to them in clause 2 of the Sugarcane (Control) order 1966.

3. Determination of the quantity of Sugarcane required by the factory and reservation of the area

for supply of sugarcane.

i) The crushing capacity of Sri Basaveshwara Sugars Ltd., being 3500 TCD. The quantity of Sugarcane required by the factory during a year is about 6.00 Lakh M.Ts to 7.50 Lakh M.Ts. ii) The factory shall secure the sugarcane determined under sub clause (2) from the areas specified in schedule-I to this order which shall be the area reserved temporarily in the interest of farmers for supplying sugarcane to the factory concerned, till the new factories, likely to come up in that area are established.

4. FIXIATION OF QUANTITY OF SUGARCANE TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE GROWER: -

Every grower of sugarcane in the area reserved temporarily as specified in Schedule-I shall supply to the factory ninety five percent of the sugarcane grown by each such grower Co-operative Society operating in the reserved area, through such society.

5. AGREEMENT TO SUPPLY OR PURCHASE THE DETERMINED QUANTITY OF SUGARCANE.

Every grower of sugarcane or a sugarcane grower Co-operative Society, supplying sugarcane to the factory and the factory shall enter in to agreement to supply or purchase as the case may be, the quantity of sugarcane determined under clause-4.

6.PROHIBITION OF EXPORT OF SUGARCANE FROM AREA RESERVED TEMPORARILY.

No. Sugarcane shall be exported from the area reserved temporarily except under and in accordance with the conditions of a permit issued by the Deputy Commissioner in Form-I of Schedule-II.

7.ISSUE OF PERMITS:

i. Application for the grant of a permit under clause-6 shall be made in form 2 of Schedule-II and shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs.5/- and an amount of Rs.100/- as security Deposit.

ii. If any condition of the permit is contravened, the Deputy Commissioner may after giving an opportunity to the person Concerned to show cause why the amount deposited by way of security or any part there of may not be forfeited, pass order forfeiting the whole or part of the amount deposited as security.

ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1959 (1959ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11)ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (1)ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಚಿಕ್ಕಮಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ನರಸಿಂಹರಾಜಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರಾಟ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘ ನಿ., ನರಸಿಂಹರಾಜಪುರ ಇದರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆವಿಗೂ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.

ಇಡಿ 209 ಎಸ್ಇಪಿ 2007, ದಿನಾಂಕ : 24ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸಂಚಿಕೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 07-07-2009ರ ಭಾಗ IV ಎ ಸಂ. 510ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಇದರಿಂದ ಬಾಧಿತರಾಗಬಹುದಾದ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ :

ಸದರಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 07-07-2009ರಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ;

ಸದರಿ ಕರಡಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ, ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ;

ಈಗ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1983 (1995ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂ.1)ರ 145ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ-ಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ, ಎಂದರೆ :-

ನಿಯಮಗಳು

1. ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭ

:- (1) ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ (ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 2008 ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(2) ಇವು ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2. 3ನೇ ನಿಯಮದ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ :- ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ (ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1999ರ 3ನೇ ನಿಯಮದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ, (ಎ) ಖಂಡದ ತರುವಾಯ, ಈ ಮುಂದಿನ ಪರಂತುಕವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ :-

" ಪರಂತು ಒಂದು ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದಂತೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳ (ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1996 ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ ಆದೇಶಗಳು, ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಗಳು ಮುಂತಾದವುಗಳು ಅಂಥ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಯೋಥೋಚಿತ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಎಂದರೆ :- 1) ಮೃತ ನೌಕರನು ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದಂಥ, ಅಂಥ ನೌಕರನ ಅರ್ಹತೆ ಇರುವ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರನ್ನು, ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಇತರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು :- (i) ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಮೃತ ನೌಕರನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರೆ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಥ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರ ನೇಮಕಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಶ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಂಥ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ, ಆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(ii) ಮೃತ ನೌಕರನು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಉಪ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ೨೪೪ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ ೨೯, ೨೦೧೦ ಭಾಗ - ೪ಎ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಅಧಿಕಾರವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ, ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಥ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಶ್ಯಕ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಂಥ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಂಥ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

(iii)ಮೇಲಿನ ಉಪಖಂಡ (ii)ರಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಇವರು ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರೆ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಅಂಥ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲು ಅವಶ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅಂಥ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅಂಥ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನವನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಗೆ ಕೋರಿ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2) ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಅಥವಾ ಭಾಷಾ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರು ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕೋರಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವನನ್ನು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷಾ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರೌಡಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು (ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1996ರ 9ನೇ ನಿಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವುದು ಯಾವುದೂ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ.

ಪರಂತು, ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಉಪಬಂಧಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ವಿಲೆ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

In pursuance of Sub-section 2 of Section 8 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, the Government of Karnataka hereby accords sanction for Second renewal of Mining Lease No.1055 for a period of 20 years (Twenty years only) w.e.f. 21.08.2001, in favour of M/s Dalchand Bahadur Singh, for Bauxite, over an area of 293-20 acres (Two hundred ninety three point two zero acres only) in Hangirge and Navge villages of Belgaum taluk and District, as per the sketch furnished by the Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bangalore, subject to compliance of the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Mineral Concession Rules, 1960 as amended from time to time and other applicable Acts and Rules including Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980, Environmental Protection Act, 1986, EIA Notification 2006 etc., as amended from time to time and Rules made there under.

Sanction of this Mining lease is also subject to the terms and conditions appended hereto and also subject to Court proceedings if any.

The Department of Mines of Geology is directed to take necessary action to measure the area scientifically through GPS and to publish the Digitized Map in the Website.

The Mining lease should be executed only after submission of all the statutory documents/clearances, by the applicant.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SECOND RENEWAL OF MINING LEASE NO.1055 SANCTIONED

IN GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION NO.CI.188:MMM.2009 Dated 25.03.2010.

a) Mining lease should be in respect of Bauxite only. If other minerals are found in association with Bauxite, they should be brought to the notice of Government and if the lessee desires to mine these minerals along with Bauxite, he/she/it should do so only after the consent of Government is obtained in writing.

b) If beryl or any other substance prescribed U/S 3 of the Atomic Energy Act, XXIX of 1948 is found to occur in the property under the lease, the lessee shall make available such mineral to the Government of India.

c) The lease shall also be subject to the provisions of Rules in Chapter IV of the Minerals Concession Rules, 1960.

d) The lease shall also be subject to the Rules, issued U/S 18 of the Mines & Minerals (D&R) Act, 1957.

e) The lessee shall pay to the Director of Mines and Geology in Karnataka, Bangalore, necessary Security Deposit for due observance of the terms and conditions of the lease in accordance with Rule 32 of the lease issued to him.

f) The lessee shall be governed by all conditions that may be incorporated in the lease deed, to be executed.

g) The lessee shall abide by the rules contained in the Karnataka State Forest Manual, if the lease area covers any forestland.

h) Government shall have the right of purchasing the ore at current market rates.

i) The lease would be determined if the lessee fails to commence execution of the lease deed.

j) The area mentioned above is subject to verification after actual survey and demarcation.

k) The lease shall be for a period of Twenty Years w.e.f. 21.08.2001.

l) The lessee/s shall pay Royalty, Cesses and Dead rent as prescribed vide Government of India's Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II-Section 3-Sub-section(i) vide G.S.R.574(E) dated 13th August 2009 and G.S.R. 575(E) dated 13th August, 2009, respectively.

Local & other Cesses: As prevalent in Belgaum District.

Royalty: At the rate prescribed in Second Schedule to the Mines & Minerals (D&R) Act, 1957 and as amended from time to time.

m) The total area held by the applicant/s under mining lease including the present one, shall not exceed 10 Sq.Km.

n) Mining operations shall not be commenced/conducted unless a qualified manager and other supervisory staff are appointed as required under the Matalliferous Mines Regulations, 1961 and relevant notices are sent to the Director-General of Mines Safety, Dhanbad with a copy of the same to the concerned Director of Mines Safety.

o) The minerals should be value added and the Lessee should adhere to existing National Mineral Policy and Karnataka Mineral Policy, 2008.

ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1976ರ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 9(1)(ಇ) ಮತ್ತು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ 10ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಆಯಾಯ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 17/5/2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 9 of the Indian Police Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, read with sub-regulation (1) of regulation 9 of the Indian Police Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955, the President is pleased to appoint the following members of Karnataka Police Service to the Indian Police Service on probation and to allocate them to the cadre of Karnataka under sub-rule (1) of the rule 5 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954:-

2. The aforementioned appointments will be subject to the result of the O.A.No.96/2010 pending before the Hon'ble CAT, Bangalore Bench.

3. The appointments will take effect from the date of issue of this notification.

1. (i) These regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre

Strength) Sixth Amendment Regulations, 2010.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Schedule to the India Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, under the heading "Karnataka" for the entries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted namely:-

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 1961ರ (1962ರ 10ನೇ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾದಂತೆ ಕಲಂ 48ರ ಉಪ ಕಲಂ (1) ರಿಂದ (3) ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಭೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರೇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡವರನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರೇತರ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡಿ ಸದರಿ ಭೂ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪುನರ್ ರಚಿಸಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.
