In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [Central Act 2 of 1974] and in partial modification of earlier notification issued in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka hereby declare that with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette, the areas and places specified in column (3) of the schedule below, shall cease to be within the jurisdiction of the Police Station specified in column(4) thereof and the said areas and places shall be included within the jurisdiction of the Police Station in column (2).

ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1959 (1959ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 11)ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (1)ರ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ತುಮಕೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಮಧ ುಗಿರಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೋತ್ಪನ್ನ ಮಾರಾಟ ಸಹಕಾರ ಸಂಘ ನಿ., ಮಧ ುಗಿರಿ ಇದರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಗೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆವಿಗೂ ನಾಮನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
