ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದಿಂದ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರುಗಳನ್ನು ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿಯಿರುವ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 11400-300-12300-350- 14400-400-16800-450-19500-525-21600 ರಲ್ಲಿ 02 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವದಿ (Probation) ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ, ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

1. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸ್ಥಳನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಾಕಿಯಿಟ್ಟು, ಇವರುಗಳು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಸೇವಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 06 (ಆರು) ತಿಂಗಳುಗಳ ಅವದಿಯ ತರಬೇತಿಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಇವರುಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು, ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಅರಮನೆ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರ ಅದೀನಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 02 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವದಿಗೆ (Probation) ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸದರಿ ಅವದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಬೇಕು.

3. ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಅದಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಂದಣಿ ಅಂಚೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರು, ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಅರಮನೆ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು-560 001 ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 1977 ರ ನಿಯಮ 18(3) ರನ್ವಯ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸೂಚನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಂತಾನೆ ರದ್ದಾಗುವುದು.

4. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಾಗ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ, ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ, ಜನ್ಮದಿನಾಂಕ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾದಿಕಾರದ ಮುಂದೆ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

5. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಡವಳಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರು ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು

6. ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

7. ಇವರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ / ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯಾಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 8. ಈ ಅದಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:5077/2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡುವ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

9. ಈ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದು, ಇವು ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ, ಮೇಲಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರದಿಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಕ್ಷೇಪ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು (Interse Seniority) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಅನ್ವಯವೇ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ಈ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿ ರೂ. 20 ರ ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯ ನಮೂನೆ ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ವಿಳಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಆಕುಕ 20 ಐಎಂಎಂ 2010 ದಿನಾಂಕ:20-04-2010ರನ್ವಯ ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ----------------ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಆದೇಶದ 9(ಒಂಬತ್ತನೇ) ಷರತ್ತನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಮನಃಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿರುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಪಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 26 ಆರ್‌ಟಿಬಿ 8 ದಿನಾಂಕ:07.01.2010ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿರುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗಿಂತ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅವರ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ವರದಿ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಪ್ರಯುಕ್ತ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಔಷಧ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಕಾರ್ಯದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ನನಗಿಂತ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರದಿಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಾದ ನಂತರ ಈ ಔಷಧ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಕರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಂಡ ನಂತರ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಾಕ್ಷೇಪ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು (Interse Seniority) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ವಯವೇ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂಬ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭ್ಯಂತರವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆ ವಿಷಯವನ್ನು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಈ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸುವುದೋ ಆ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸದರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

Sub: Assumption of direct management of Modi Masjid, Tasker Town Bangalore-51 by the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs

Preamble:

Whereas the Modi Masjid Tasker Town, Bangalore-51, is a notified Wakf institution and the institution is being managed by an out-live Adho Committee constituted by the Board vide Order No.KTW/CMC/1/BNU/96-97 dated 3.5.2006, for a specific period of one year with certain terms and conditions which they did not comlied and continued in office even without constituting a regular Managing Committee though the institution has approved Bye-laws.

In the meanwhile, a proposal was moved headed by Mr. Jameel Ahmed and others requesting to approve the list of 21 members said to have been selected in the General Body. Accordingly, a Public Notice dated 6.1.2010 was issued for inviting objections/suggestions to the said proposal.

One Mr. G.M. Yunus S/o late G.M. Zameer and others vide their petition dated 18.1.2010 stated that the proposed Managing Committee is not in accordance with the approved Bye-laws and requested to not to consider the same.

Further, Mr. Javeed Ahmed & Haji Syed Sadath proposed members in the said Managing Committee have reported that they are not interested in the said Managing Committee headed by Mr. Jameel Ahmed & group and requested to delete their names.

Whereas, another proposal was moved by Mr. Syed Altaf Ahmed and other requesting to approve their list as they said to have selected their names in the General Body.

proposed Committee and to amend the present Bye-laws as the clause are not in conformity with the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995.

Due to allegation and counter-allegation, the matter was referred to the District Wakf Advisory Committee by this office on 11.3.2010 to enquire and to furnish a factual report. Accordingly, the Administrator of DWAC., Bangalore [Urban] has initiated action to settle the issue amicably and even they fixed the General Body Meeting of the said Wakf on 30.4.2010, which could not be held due to some unavoidable circumstances.

Therefore, it is felt necessary not to continue the out-lived Adhoc Committee which is functioning more than four years and also that due to difference among the jamath and non-holding of General Body, the institution is taken under the direct management of the Board to elect/selet a regular managing committee as per the approved Bye-laws by appointing an Administrator and the matter is placed before the Administrator.

Whereas, the Administrator after careful consideration of the facts and circumstances vide Resolution No.133 dated 11.5.2010 have directed to take the institution i.e., Modi Masjid & its allied institutions/properties under the direct management of the Board and appointed Mr. Muneer Ahmed. M, Divisional Liaison Officer, Karnataka State Board of Wakfs as an Administrator to manage the day to day affairs of the said Wakf, for a period of six months and to conduct the General Body Meeting to select/elect the regular managing committee. Hence this order.

In view of the facts mentioned in the Preamble to this Order and in exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 65 of the Wakf Act, 1995, the management of Modi Masjid and its allied institutions/properties, Tasker Town, Bangalore-560 051, are taken under the direct management of the Board, with immediate effect.

Further, Mr. Muneer Ahmed. M, Divisional Liaison Officer, Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore, is hereby appointed as Administrator to the above Wakf to manage its day today affairs with a condition that a regular Managing Committee be selected/elected as per the approved Bye-laws within six (6) months.

ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ, 2010-2011ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬನ್ನೇರುಘಟ್ಟ ಬಯಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ಪಾರ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವನ್ಯಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ದನದ ಮಾಂಸ ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮೊಹರಾದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಬನ್ನೇರುಘಟ್ಟ ಬಯಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ರವರಿಂದ ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರು ಬನ್ನೇರುಘಟ್ಟ ಬಯಲಾಜಿಕಲ್ ಪಾರ್ಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 1.00 ಲಕ್ಷ ರೂಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ/ FDRs/NSCs ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ನೊಂದಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ, ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇವರಿಂದ ಟ್ರೇಡ್ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಸರ್ಟಿಫಿಕೇಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿವಿಲ್ ಸ್ಲಾಟರ್ ಹೌಸ್, ಬೃಹತ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮಹಾನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯವರಿಂದ ದನದ ಮಾಂಸ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಹರಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಟೆಂಡರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅಂದಾಜು ಮೊತ್ತ ರೂ. 270.00 ಲಕ್ಷಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್‌ನ ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಇದೆ.

ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯ:

1. ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಘಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂ ಶುಲ್ಕ ರೂ. 568/- (ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳು ಸೇರಿ) ಹಣ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 07/06/2010 ರಿಂದ 10/06/2010 ರವರೆಗೂ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.

2. ಮೊಹರಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 14-06-2010 ರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 10 ಗಂಟೆಯಿಂದ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ 3.00 ವರೆಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ 3.00 ಘಂಟೆಯ ನಂತರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಮೊಹರಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

3. ಮೊಹರಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ: 14-06-2010 ರಂದು ಸಾಯಂಕಾಲ 4.30 ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು ಅಥವಾ ಅವರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವರು

ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು:-

1. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಸಾಯಿಖಾನೆಯ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಟೆಂಡರುದಾರರು ಮೇಲೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ ಲೈಸೆನ್ಸ್‌ಗಳ ಜೆರೋಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂನ್ನು ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. 2. ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಟೆಂಡರುದಾರರಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡದೇ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

3. ಯಾವುದೇ ಟೆಂಡರಿಗೆ ಇಡಗಂಟು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸದೇ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಆದರೆ ಟೆಂಡರಿಗೆ ಇಡಗಂಟು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದರೆ ಟೆಂಡರನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

4. ಟೆಂಡರ್ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿವರಗಳು/ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು/ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಠಿಕರಣವನ್ನು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಕೆಲಸದ ವೇಳೆ0iುಲ್ಲಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

ಕನ್ಸಲ್ಟೆನ್ಸಿ ಸೇವೆಗಳ ವಿವರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನೆರವಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜಲಕಾಯಗಳ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ದಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಪುನರುಜ್ಜೀವನ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ದ ಕೆರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಗ್ರವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ಸಲ್ಟೆನ್ಸಿ ಸೇವೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನೋಂದಣಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅರ್ಹ ಸರ್ಕಾರೇತರ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (ಎನ್.ಜಿ.ಒ.)ಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದೆ. ಕನ್ಸಲ್ಟೆನ್ಸಿ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 1) ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು. 2) ಬೇಸ್ ಲೈನ್ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು 3) ಗ್ರಾಮಸಭೆ ಜೊತೆ ಸಹಯೋಗ 4) ತರಬೇತಿ ಶಿಬಿರ ನಡೆಸುವುದು 5) ಕೆರೆಗಳ ಸ್ವಂತ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸ್ವ ಸಹಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ.
