Sub: Recruitment of candidates for the post of TYPISTS

1. Applications in the prescribed proforma to this Notification are invited from the eligible candidates.

5. PAY SCALE:

Rs. 5800-100-6000-125-6500-150-7100-175-7800-200-8600-250-9500-300-10500 with admissible allowances.

6. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

a. The applicants should have passed SSLC or equivalent examination

b. Should have passed Kannada & English Senior grade Typewriting examination conducted by the Department of Public Instruction or is holder of a Diploma in Secretarial practice with Kannada and English Typewriting as optional (elective) subjects granted by the Board of Technical Education in Karnataka or possess an equivalent examination.

c. Should be able to work on Computers.

7. AGE LIMIT

(i) The applicants must have attained the age of 18 years as on the last date for submission of application and must not have attained the age of

a. 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC/ST and Category-I

b. 38 years in case of persons belonging to other categories of Backward Classes.

c. 35 years in case of others.

(ii) Age relaxation will be given to the applicant who is in State /Central Govt.Service/Ex.M.P/ P.H/Widow as per the KCS (Central Recruitment) Rules, 1977

8. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT

Selection of candidates will be in accordance with the Provisions contemplated in

a. The KCS (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977

b. The Karnataka subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other posts)

c. Recruitment Rules 1982

d. The Karnataka subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other posts)

e. Recruitment Rules (amendment) Rules, 2007.

f. The candidates are required to attend 'Skill Test' in Typing and Interview. The marks obtained in the Qualifying examination, Skill Test, and interview are considered.

9. Applicant if elected shall be on Probation for two years from the date of Joining for duty.

10. No persons shall be eligible for appointment, if he/she is disqualified under the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rule, 1977 or any other Rules in force amended from time to time.

11. If the applicant is already in Government Service, he/she has to submit his/her application through proper channel.

12. No person who attempts to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidature from official or non- official shall be eligible for appointment.

13. No applicant shall be appointed unless he/she satisfies the appointing authority that he/she is physically fit to discharge the duties that he /she may be called upon to perform.

14. Candidates at the time of applying for the post should enclose the self attested copies of the following documents on basis of which they claim appointment along with their applications complete in all respects failing which their application will be rejected without intimation.

a. Proof of age (Date of Birth)

g. Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST Category should produce relevant certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority.

h. Any other relevant Document/Documents.

NOTE: CANDIDATES SHOULD NOT ENCLOSE THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES

15. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

a. The Prescribed application forms may be obtained from the Office of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Bangalore between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs.10/- from 7.6.2010.

b. The applications shall be filled by the candidates, in their own handwriting

c. Candidates should submit a self addressed envelop (cover) duly stamped i.e., by affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- thereon along with his/her application, for intimating the date of Test/ interview date and time by this office.

d. The prescribed fee for the post of Typist is Rs.100/- for all the candidates. For SC/ST candidates the fee is Rs.25/- payable through Indian Postal Orders/Demand drafts only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Bangalore which should be enclosed along with the application.

e. Candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed form completed in all respects, along with the necessary testimonials so as to reach the undersigned either by post or in person before 5.30 p.m. on 05.07.2010 which is the last date fixed for receipt of the applications.

f. The time limit, for submission of applications to all the applicants including those in-service is one and the same.

g. Defective or incomplete applications submitted without necessary enclosures will be rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained in the matter.

h. Applications received after due date will be rejected.

i. Candidate should submit only one application. If more than one application is submitted only one application complete in all respects, if any, will be considered.

j. One recent passport size photograph of the candidate should be affixed on the application with signature across the same.

k. Those candidates called for the Test/ interview will have to appear before the appointing authority in the premises of the office at their own cost. & they are not entitled for any T.A/D.A

l. Interview will be only for the eligible candidates according to the notification No.LAW 155 LAC 2009 dated 03.02.2010. If any candidate does not get intimation for the interview, it may be presumed that he/she is not eligible for the interview. No correspondence will be entertained in this aspect.

ಈ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಬೆಲೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು (ತ), ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಕಛೇರಿ ಮೈಸೂರುರವರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಪಡೆದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ನಿರುಪಯುಕ್ತ ವಸ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು, ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರು ಬಿಡ್ಡಿನ ಮೊತ್ತದ ಶೇಕಡಾ 25 ರಷ್ಟು ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಈ ಮಾರಾಟದ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾರಾಟ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿ ಪಾವತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರು ಅವರ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಿಂದ ಆದೇಶ ಪಡೆದ 07 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಹರಾಜಿನ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ನೆಲ ಬಾಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹಣ ಸಂದಾಯ ಮಾಡದೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರ ಮುಂಗಡ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು. ಯಾವುದೇ ತಕರಾರು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಜಂಟಿ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು (ತ), ವಿಭಾಗೀಯ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಮೈಸೂರುರವರ ನಿರ್ಣಯವೆ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗದೆ ಇರುವಂತಹ ಬಿಡ್‌ದಾರರಿಗೆ ಅವರು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಮುಂಗಡ ಠೇವಣಿ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಅದೇ ದಿನ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

6. ದರಪಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಜನವರಿ 2010ರ ಅಂತ್ಯದವರೆಗೆ ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದಾಖಲೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 7. ದರಪಟ್ಟಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಳೆದ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ ಆದಾಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 8. ನಮೂದಿಸುವ ದರವು ಸಾಗಾಣಿಕೆ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು. 9. ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ನ್ನು ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರು ಗೊತ್ತು ಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ, ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು.

10. ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡುವ ಯಂತ್ರವು ದೋಷದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಡಲು ಬದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

11. ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದ 10 (ಹತ್ತು) ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಬದ್ಧರಿರಬೇಕು. 12. ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರ ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿಯನ್ನು, ಯಂತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸರಬರಾಜು ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಆಗಿರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಾಪಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಬಡ್ಡಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 13. ಮೇಲಿನ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿವರ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಇರುವ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 14. ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡದೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ ಅಥವಾ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವ ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯವರು ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರ ನಿರ್ಣಯವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾದದ್ದು.

ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, (ಆಡಳಿತ) ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಧಾರವಾಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧೀನ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಾದ ಫೈಲ್ ರ್ಯಾಪರಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರಿಂದ ಸದರಿ ಫೈಲ್ ರ್ಯಾಪರಗಳ ಸರಬರಾಜಿಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ದರ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮೊಹರಾದ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದೆ. ಖರೀದಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಫೈಲ್ ರ್ಯಾಪರಗಳ ಅಂದಾಜು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ವಿವರ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ.

ಇಚ್ಛೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, (ಆಡಳಿತ) ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಧಾರವಾಡ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭವನ, 3ನೇ ಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 200+13.5% ಮಾರಾಟ ತೆರಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ರೂ. 227-00 (ಎರಡು ನೂರಾ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ನ್ನು ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ (ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ) ನಂತರ ಟೆಂಡರಿನ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಈ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನಮೂನೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಮಾರಾಟದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 04.06.2010 ರಿಂದ 30.06.2010 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 02.07.2010ರ ವರೆಗೆ ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ, ತದನಂತರ ಬಂದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, (ಆಡಳಿತ) ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭವನ, 3ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಇವರ ಕೊಠಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ದಾರರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 05.07.2010 ರಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಟೆಂಡರ್ ತೆರೆಯುವ ದಿನಾಂಕವು ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜೆ ದಿನವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರನೇ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನ ಅದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದೇ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಖರೀದಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಸ್ಟೀಲ್ ರ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಗಳ ಅಂದಾಜು ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವುಗಳ ಕುರಿತಾದ ವಿವರ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ.

ಇಚ್ಛೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, (ಆಡಳಿತ) ಮೌಲ್ಯವರ್ಧಿತ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಧಾರವಾಡ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಭವನ, 3ನೇ ಮಹಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೂ. 200+13.5% ಮಾರಾಟ ತೆರಿಗೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು ರೂ. 227-00 (ಎರಡು ನೂರಾ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೇಳು ಮಾತ್ರ) ನ್ನು ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ (ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ) ನಂತರ ಟೆಂಡರಿನ ನಮೂನೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಈ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನಮೂನೆಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಮಾರಾಟದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 04.06.2010 ರಿಂದ 30.06.2010 ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 02.07.2010ರ ವರೆಗೆ ರಂದು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 5.00 ಗಂಟೆಯವರೆಗೆ, ತದನಂತರ ಬಂದ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

The prescribed tender forms and the request for proposal (REP) showing terms and conditions, technical specification of Generators required to be supplied and installed and, all other relevant details of this tender can be obtained from the website: http://ctax.kar.nic.in. or from the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, (Admn) VAT Division, Dharwad. The bidder should satisfy all the terms and conditions laid down in the RFP in relation to supply and installation of the above listed Generators.

The last date for submission of tender is 02.07.2010 5.00 P.M. The sealed cover containing both the 'prequalification bid' and the 'financial bid' covers should be delivered to the Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, (Admn) VAT Division, Dharwad. Tenders received after 5.00 PM on 02.07.2010 will be rejected.

2. ದಿನಾಂಕ: 29.06.2010 ರಿಂದ ಟೆಂಡರುದಾರರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರಕಾರದ ಇ-ಪ್ರೊಕ್ಯೂರ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಅಂತರ್‌ಜಾಲದ ವೆಬ್‌ಸೈಟ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಟೆಂಡರು ಡಾಕ್ಯುಮೆಂಟ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. (Download).

3. ಟೆಂಡರುಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ವಿವರದಂತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿಯನ್ನು ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇ.ಎಂ.ಡಿ.ಯನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರದ ಇ-ಪ್ರೊಕ್ಯೂರ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವಂತೆ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಊರ್ಜಿತ ಅವಧಿಯು ಟೆಂಡರು ಊರ್ಜಿತ ಅವಧಿಗಿಂತ 45 ದಿನಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಇರಬೇಕು.
