7. AGE LIMIT

(i) The applicant must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of a. 40 years in case of persons belonging to SC/ST and Category-I

b. 38 years in case of other categories of Backward Classes.

c. 35 years in case of others.

(ii) Age relaxation will be given to the applicant who is in State /Central Govt.Service/Ex.M.P/ P.H/Widow as per the KCS (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977

8. METHOD OF RECRUITMENT

Selection of candidates will be in accordance with the Provisions contemplated in

(i) The KCS (General Recruitment) Rules, 1977

(ii) The Karnataka subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other posts) (Recruitment) Rules 1982

(iii) The Karnataka subordinate Courts (Ministerial and other posts) (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules 2007.

QUALIFYING TEST FOR SELECTION:

A dictation for a duration of about fifteen minutes will be given by an Officer nominated by the Appointing Authority and the candidate shall type the matter dictated. This test shall carry maximum of hundred marks and minimum marks for a pass shall be fifty.

INTERVIEW:

Interview will be called for the eligible candidates on the basis of aggregate of percentage of total marks secured in the qualifying examination and qualifying test and the number of such candidates to be called for interview will be equal to 5 (five) times the total number of vacancy notified.

9. PROBATION: Applicant if selected, shall be initially on probation for two years from the date of joining for duty.

10. No person shall be eligible for appointment, if he/she is disqualified under the Karnataka Civil Services (General Recruitment) Rule 1977, or any other Rules in force as amended from time to time.

11. If the applicant is already in Government Service, he/she has to submit his/her application through proper channel.

12. No person who attempts to obtain extraneous support for his/her candidature from official or non- officials shall be eligible for appointment.

13. No applicant shall be appointed unless he/she satisfy the appointing authority that he/she is physically fit to discharge the duties that he/she may be called upon to perform.

14. Candidates at the time of applying for the post should enclose the self attested copies of the following documents along with their applications complete in all aspect, failing which their application will be rejected without intimation.

i) Proof of age (Date of Birth)

i. Application (typed/computerised) in the prescribed Format appended to this Notification shall be submitted by the candidates, by filling up all the required particulars in their own handwriting.

ii. Candidates should submit a self addressed envelop (cover) duly stamped i.e., by affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/- thereon along with his/her application, for intimating the interview date and time by this office.

iii. Candidates should submit their applications in the prescribed form complete in all aspect, along with the necessary testimonials so as to reach the undersigned either by post or in person before 4.30 p.m. on 03.07.2010 which is the last date fixed for receipt of the applications. If the last date happens to be a general holiday, the next working day will be the last day for the receipt of the application.

4) ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಅಥವಾ ತತ್ಸಮಾನ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ/ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ/ಜನನ ದಿನಾಂಕ ತೋರಿಸುವ ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಉದೃತ ಭಾಗದ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

5) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಜಾತಿ, ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡ, ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1, ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ (ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದಲ್ಲಿ) ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

6) ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ನಮೂನೆ 1 ಹಾಗೂ 2 ರಲ್ಲಿ (ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಿದಲ್ಲಿ) ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. 7) ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ, ಮಾಜಿ ಸೈನಿಕ, ಯೋಜನಾ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಬಾರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅದೇ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣದ ಇತರೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಲಾಗುವುದು.

8) ಶಾಲಾ/ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮುಖ್ಯೋಪಾಧ್ಯಾಯರು/ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ಒಂದು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ 6 ತಿಂಗಳ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಎರಡು ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ವಿಧಾನ :

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧೀನ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳ (ಲಿಪಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮ 1982ರ ಹಾಗೂ 2007ರ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಇತರೆ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು : 1) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ, ಜಾತಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನಡತೆ ಕುರಿತು ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಯಂ ದೃಡೀಕರಿಸಿ ನಕಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಒಂದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಲು ಬಯಸುವವರು ಆಯಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಪಾಸ್‌ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೈಜಿನ ಫೋಟೋವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಿ ಅದರ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಹಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು.

4) ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಪಡೆದ ನಿರಪೇಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸಬೇಕು.

5) ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಲಕೋಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ತiಂಬಬೇಕು.

6) ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 5-00 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸ್ವವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. 7) ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು-ನಕಲುಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ : 1:5 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ

ಆದೇಶ ಜಾರಿಕಾರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ : 1:25 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ

ಜವಾನ (ಸಿಪಾಯಿ) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ : 1:10 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ

ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗಬೇಕು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಪತ್ರ ಬರದೇ ಇರುವ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

8) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಸಂಬಂದವಾಗಿ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಅನರ್ಹರಾದ ಅಬ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪತ್ರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

9) ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಲಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಬರೆದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಚೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕೋರಿಯರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ವಂತವಾಗಿ ತಂದು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

10) ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಬಂದ/ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. 11) ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಓದಿ, ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡು ನಿಗದಿತ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಲಂಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಉತ್ತರಗಳಿಂದ ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾಲಂಗಳನ್ನು (ಅಂಕಣಗಳನ್ನು) ಬರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡದೇ ಇರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಂಶಗಳ ಅವಲೋಕನೆಯಿಂದ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಬಂದಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (6) ರಂತೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಮುಂದುವರೆದಂತೆ, ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಬಂದಂತಹ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ರೂ.5800-100-6000-125-6500-150-7100-175-7800-200-8600-225- 9500-250-10500 ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಎದುರು ನಮೂದಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ

ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಜನರ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಕಂಕಣಬದ್ದರಾಗಿ, ನಿಷ್ಟೆ, ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಸ್ಪøಹತೆಯಿಂದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು :

1) ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂ. 5887- 5898/2009 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೊಳಪಡುವ ಷರತ್ತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

2) ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಆದೇಶ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 15 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರ ಸಮಕ್ಷಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಈ ನೇಮಕವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ, ಆದೇಶ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ 7 ದಿನಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಹಾಜರ್ ಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು 1) ಪಿಯುಸಿ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ 2) ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ / ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ದೃಡೀಕರಣ 3) ನಡತೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ 4) ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ 5) ಸಕ್ಷಮ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ನೀಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯಡಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ)೨೦೩೨ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜುಲೈ ೧, ೨೦೧೦ ಭಾಗ - ೫ 4) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 2 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಪರಿವೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು (ಪ್ರೋಬೇಷನರಿ) ಅವರು ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು 1) ಅಕೌಂಟ್ಸ್ ಲೋಯರ್ 2) ರೆವಿನ್ಯೂ ಲೋಯರ್ 3) ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ಎಲ್‌ಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಥಮ ಅಥವಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಭಾಷೆಯಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಪಾಸು ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು) ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗಧಿತ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಕೆಲಸಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿರದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.

5) ಈ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಇಚ್ಛಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ರದ್ದಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮುನ್ಸೂಚನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಾಗುವುದು.

6) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಗೊತ್ತುಪಡಿಸಿದ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ "ವಚನ" ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

7) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂ. ಎಫ್‌ಡಿ(ಎಸ್‌ಪಿಎಲ್) 04 ಪಿಇಟಿ 2005 ದಿನಾಂಕ:31.3.2006 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಹೊಸ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನ ನೀತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

8) ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂ.ಕಂಇ 54 ಬಿಎಸ್‌ಸಿ 2007 ದಿನಾಂಕ: 27.3.2007ರನ್ವಯ ಅಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಗೆ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಪಕ್ಷ 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ಪೂರೈಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

9) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿದ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು ಅದನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ವಿನಿಮಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸರೆಂಡರ್ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

10) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು 1958 : ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಿಸಿಎ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1957 : ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ನಡತೆ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ 1966 ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ಇತರೆ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬದ್ದರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.

11) ಇದು ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹುದ್ದೆ ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

12) ಗ್ರಾಮ ಲೆಕ್ಕಿಗ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದರಿಂದ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವಾಗ ರೂ.1000/- (ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರ ಮಾತ್ರ) ಭದ್ರತಾ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಾಗಲೀ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಲೀ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಅಥವಾ ಈ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಮುಚ್ಚಳಿಕೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಛಾಪಾ ಕಾಗದದಲ್ಲಿ ಬರೆಯಿಸಿ ಒಬ್ಬರ ಜಾಮೀನು ಕೊಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರು ಈ ಮೊತ್ತದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉಳಿತಾಯ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ಲೆಡ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

13) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವ ವಿವಿಧ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ / ತರಬೇತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

14) ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಮೇಲೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಮುಂಚಿನ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆದೇಶ ಪಡೆದಿರಬೇಕು.

15) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಯಾಣ ಭತ್ಯೆ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭತ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

16) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಿಸಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು (ನಮೂನೆಯಂತೆ) ನೋಟರಿಯವರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಿಸಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

ದಿನಾಂಕ: 24ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2010 ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಸಂ:DMA/ADM/EST/CR³⁷/²⁰⁰⁸-⁰⁹ ದಿ:24.09.2009ನ್ನು ಮುಂದುವರೆಸುತ್ತಾ 26 ಕಿರಿಯ ಅಭಿಯಂತರರ (ವಿದ್ಯುತ್) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ನೇರನೇಮಕಾತಿ) (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು 2001ರಡಿ ಕಾಲಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಸಮಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:5.4.2010ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ನೀಡಿದ 15 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಸ್ವೀಕೃತಗೊಂಡ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದು ಅಂತಿಮ 24 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಸದರಿ ನಿಯಮ 6ರಡಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
