ಈ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಜಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯು ಎರಡೂವರೆ ವರ್ಷಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ. ಈ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಡಿವೈ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ. (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಕರವಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕು.
