WHEREAS, the Board of Management, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad was constituted in terms of Section 12 (1) of the University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009 vide Notification No. GS 2 AUD 2010 dated 20th May, 2010, leaving the position under Section 12(2)(xii) vacant for want of appropriate proposal from the Government.
WHEREAS, the State Government has subsequently conveyed the nominee of the Director General, Indian Council for Agricultural Research, New Delhi, on the Board of Management, University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, as per the provisions of Section 12(2)(xii) of the University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009.
Now, therefore, I, H.R. BHARDWAJ, Governor of Karnataka and Chancellor of the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 12(1) of the University of Agricultural Sciences Act, 2009 hereby appoint the following person on the Board of Management of

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962, (Central Act 58 of 1962) the Government of Karnataka hereby nominate Dr.Amita Prasad, IAS, who has been posted as Principal Secretary to Government, Co- operation Department (Vide Notification dt:11.06.2010) as Director on the Board of Directors of the Karnataka State Warehousing Corporation, Bangalore, in place of Sri V.Umesh, IAS, with immediate effect & until further order.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with sub- section (1) of Section 10 and sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 21 of 1964), the Government of Karnataka, in consultation with the High Court of Karnataka hereby establishes, with effect from the date, the Presiding Officer assumes the charge of the post, a Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Mudhol in Bagalkot District, and fixes Mudhol as the place at which the said Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) shall be held and also fixes the local limits of the jurisdiction of the said court to be the area within the local limits of the revenue taluk of Mudhol in Bagalkote District.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964 (Karnataka Act 21 of 1964), and in partial modification of the notifications issued earlier in this behalf, the Government of Karnataka, in consultation with the High Court of Karnataka, hereby varies with effect from the date, the Presiding Officer assumes the charge of the post of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mudhol, the local limits of the jurisdiction of the courts of Principal Civil Judge (Senior Division) and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Jamkhandi and Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jamkhandi, by excluding the revenue taluk of Mudhol from the jurisdiction of the said court.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಜಮೀನು ದಾನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಖಾತೆದಾರರಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ (ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಸಿ.ಎಲ್) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1978, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಪರಭಾರೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಷರತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 63, 79ಎ, 79ಬಿ ಅಥವಾ 80ರ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಂದ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಕಲಂ 109(1) ರಡಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1995ರ ಕಲಂ 109(1ಎ) ಮತ್ತು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು, 1996ರ ನಿಯಮ 38-ಬಿ ಮತ್ತು 38-ಸಿ, ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿದ್ದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 63, 79ಎ, 79ಬಿ ಅಥವಾ 80ಕ್ಕೆ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಿಗಂದೂರೇಶ್ವರಿ ಎಜುಕೇಷನಲ್ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್ (ರಿ), ಸಾಗರ, ಇವರು ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಸಾಗರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಉಳ್ಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸ.ನಂ.22 ರಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಎಕರೆ 37 ಗುಂಟೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ.23/2 ರಲ್ಲಿ 4 ಎಕರೆ 14 ಗುಂಟೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 8 ಎಕರೆ 11 ಗುಂಟೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 109 ರಡಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
1. ಯಾವ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2. ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಂಪನಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 1956ರ ಕಲಂ 3 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವಂತೆ ಶೇಕಡ 51 ಪೇಯ್ಡ್ ಅಪ್ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೊಂದಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡರ ಹಿಡಿತ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಂಘ/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಖಾತರಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಡಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಹೊಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
3. ಜಮೀನು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸಿ.ಡಿ.ಪಿ/ಒ.ಡಿ.ಪಿ. ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ಅದರಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
4. ಈ ಅನುಮತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 109 ರನ್ವಯ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
5. ಈ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯದಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೇತರ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1964ರ ಕಲಂ 95 ರಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
6. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕಾನೂನು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
ಭಾಗ - ೪ಎ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ೫, ೨೦೧೦ ೭೭೭7. ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಜಮೀನುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಜಮೀನಿನ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರ ಯೋಜನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ/ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ/ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
8. ಮೇಲಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಋುಣಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಹಿತ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಸಂಬೋಧ್ ಫೌಂಡೇಷನ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಇವರಿಗೆ ದೊಡ್ಡಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕಿನ ಕಾರನಾಳ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ.36/2 ರಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಎಕರೆ 20 ಗುಂಟೆ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಕೋರಿ ನಮೂನೆ 15-ಎ ಮತ್ತು ನಮೂನೆ 15-ಎಎ, ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಇವರ ಪತ್ರ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:ಎಲ್ಆರ್ಎಫ್.ಎಸ್.ಆರ್.11/06 ದಿನಾಂಕ:20.03.2010 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 109 (iii) ರಡಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ/ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸು ಮಾಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಜಮೀನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಖಾತೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಕರಾರು ಪತ್ರ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ (ಪಿ.ಟಿ.ಸಿ.ಎಲ್) ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1978, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ಪರಭಾರೆ ನಿಷೇಧ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾರಣಗಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಷ್ಟೇ ವಿಸ್ತೀರ್ಣದ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಷರತ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಸುಧಾರಣಾ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 63, 79ಎ, 79ಬಿ ಅಥವಾ 80ರ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಂದ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸದರಿ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದ ಕಲಂ 109(1) ರಡಿ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಿದೆ.

1. ಯಾವ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆಯೋ ಅದೇ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
2. ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಪಡೆದವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಯಾವುದೇ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸಹಕಾರಿ, ಕೃಷಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಂಪನಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ, 1956ರ ಕಲಂ 3 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿರುವಂತೆ ಶೇಕಡ 51 ಪೇಯ್ಡ್ ಅಪ್ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳ ಹೊಂದಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಥವಾ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿತ ಅಥವಾ ಎರಡರ ಹಿಡಿತ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಂಘ/ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಒಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಖಾತರಿ ನೀಡಿ ಅಡಮಾನ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಹೊಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸಾಲ ಪಡೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಸದರಿ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೇರೆ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
3. ಜಮೀನು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಸಿ.ಡಿ.ಪಿ/ಒ.ಡಿ.ಪಿ. ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ಅದರಂತೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಉಪಯೋಗಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
೭೭೮ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ೫, ೨೦೧೦ ಭಾಗ - ೪ಎ4. ಈ ಅನುಮತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1961ರ ಕಲಂ 109 ರನ್ವಯ ವಿನಾಯಿತಿ ಮಾತ್ರವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ಜರುಗಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
5. ಈ ಜಮೀನನ್ನು ವ್ಯವಸಾಯದಿಂದ ವ್ಯವಸಾಯೇತರ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ, 1964ರ ಕಲಂ 95 ರಂತೆ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
6. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಕಾನೂನು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
7. ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಜಮೀನುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮೊದಲು ಜಮೀನಿನ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರ ಯೋಜನಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ/ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ/ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ಪಡೆಯತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
8. ಮೇಲಿನ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಈಗ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿರುವ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಋುಣಮುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಹಿತ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮ 1964ರ 68ನೇ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (5)ನೇ ಉಪ-ಪ್ರಕರಣದಿಂದ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ, ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ (1)ನೇ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ 04.02.2009ರ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಎಲ್ಎನ್‌ಡಿ/ಸಿಆರ್/290/08-09ರ ಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅನುಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಖರಾಬು ಕಟ್ಟೆ ಜಮೀನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ವ್ಯವಹರಣೆಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ತರುವಾಯ, ಖರಾಬು ಕಟ್ಟೆ ಮೇಲಣ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಕೊನೆಗೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕುದೆಂದು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.
