Whereas, a Committee for Fixation of Fee Structure for the students admitted into the professional courses has been constituted under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Justice Sri Padmaraj (Retired), Retired Judge of the High Court of Karnataka by G.O. No. ED 44 TEC 2010 dated : 24-05-2010 in compliance with the ruling contained in the Judgement dated : 14-08-2003 in W.P. (Civil) No. 350 of 1993 in Islamic Academy of Education and another V/s. State of Karnataka and others. And whereas, a Chartered Accountant of repute nominated by the Chairman of the Committee shall be a Member of the Committee. Now, therefore, the Chairman of the Committee in exercise of the powers conferred on him by virtue of the said Judgment dated : 14-08-2003 has nominated Sri P. Radhakrishna Bhakta S/o Late P.
