ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಡೆಪ್ಯೂಟಿ ಸೂಪರಿಂಟೆಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ರವರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 32 ರಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 18150-26925/-ರ ಸೂಪರಿಂಟೆಂಡೆಂಟ್ ಆಫ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ (ಸಿವಿಲ್) (ನಾನ್ ಐಪಿಎಸ್) ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸಿ, ಅವರ ಹೆಸರುಗಳ ಮುಂದೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ ಪ್ರಭಾರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: 149/2008ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿರುವ ತೀರ್ಪಿನ ಅನ್ವಯ ಪರಿಷ್ಕರಣೆಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿರುವ ಡಿವೈ.ಎಸ್.ಪಿ., (ಸಿವಿಲ್) ವೃಂದದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉಚ್ಛ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ರಿಟ್ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:28578-591, 26731-42/2009 ರಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾದ ತೀರ್ಪಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದಾದ ಇಂಧನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಿಯಮಿತ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯೋಜನೆ ಮೇಲೆ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಳಪ್ಪ ಹಂದಿಗುಂದ ಇವರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಹಿಂಪಡೆದು ಇವರನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೂರ್ವ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು (ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪುರಂ) ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಂದಿನ ಆದೇಶದವರೆಗೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

PART-III

In exercise of the Powers conferred under Sub-Section (5) of Section 28 of the Karnataka Civil Courts Act, 1964, the Vacation Judges are directed to exercise the same administrative control over the staff of the Civil Courts that are being exercised by the Prl. .District and Sessions Judges, during the period of Dasara Vacation of 2010, in the absence of Prl. District and Sessions Judge, in the headquarters.

PART-IV

Wherever the Civil Judges (Sr.Dn) mentioned in column No.2 are designated as Vacation Civil Judges, the District Judges are directed to issue a Notification as required under Sub-Section (3) of Section 10 of the Criminal Procedure Code making provisions for the disposal of any urgent application.
