ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾಗಿ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ 18 ಜನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರುಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಮನವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ತಮಗೆ ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರ ಬಡ್ತಿ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೋರಿರುವ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗೊಂಡಿರುವ 18 ಜನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 26-12-2009ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆದೇಶ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ: ಇಡಿ 37 ಯುಎನ್ಇ 2009ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರು/ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಷ್ಕøತ ಯುಜಿಸಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ವೃಂದದ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಿನ್ಸಿಪಾಲ್ ಆಫ್ ಯುಜಿ ಎಂದು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ, ಈ ವೃಂದದ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೇರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸಹ ಈ ಆದೇಶಗಳು ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿತ ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಬಡ್ತಿಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗೊಂಡ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ 18 ಜನ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ವೃಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಯುಜಿಸಿ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿಯಡಿ ಈ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಪದೋನ್ನತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
