In partial modification of this office notification of even number dated 08-11-2010, the Presiding Offficer of the JMFC III Court, Mysore, who is in concurrent charge of the court of Civil Judge and JMFC, Heggadadevanakote, is directed to itinerate the said court for two days in a week i.e., on every working Monday and Tuesday till the regular officer assumes the charge of his post.

ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ದಿನಾಂಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ/ಬದಲಾವಣೆ ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರರುಗಳು ಅವರುಗಳ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ/ ಹೆಚ್.ಎಸ್.ಸಿ ಮೂಲ ಅಂಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ತರುವುದು. ಹಾಗೂ ಸದರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಹೆಸರು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ತಹಶೀಲ್ದಾರ್ ಗ್ರೇಡ್-1 ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರೇಡ್-2 ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಹೂಡುವ ಸಂಭವವಿದೆಯೇ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರುಗಳಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಬಾಕಿ ಬರಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಮಹಾಲೇಖಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ವರದಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
ಇಲಾಖಾ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಬಾಕಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಅಥವಾ ಹೂಡುವ ಸಂಭವ ಇಲ್ಲದಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಾಕಿ ಬರಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿ ವೇತನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟಂತೆ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ ಮಹಾಲೇಖಪಾಲರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಳಿಕೆ ರಜೆ ನಗದೀಕರಣ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
