ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ 2010-11ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ 2010-11ನೇ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸ ನರ್ಸರಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಕಾಟೇಜ್ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಂದ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆಯಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿಷಯ: ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಫಾರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಮೈನರ್ ಫಾರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದಿಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಅರಣ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನವರೆಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ (1) ಸಿಟ್ರಡೋರ ಎಲೆ ಫಸಲು (2) ತೂಪ್ರ ಎಲೆ (ಬೀಡಿ ಎಲೆ)ಗಳ ಮರು ಟೆಂಡರ್/ ಹರಾಜು ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಬರುವ ಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಫಾರೆಸ್ಟ್, ಮೈನರ್ ಫಾರೆಸ್ಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದಿಟ್ಟ ಮತ್ತು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ಅರಣ್ಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸರಹದ್ದಿನವರೆಗೆ ದೊರೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ (1) ಸಿಟ್ರಡೋರ ಎಲೆ ಫಸಲು (2) ತೂಪ್ರ ಎಲೆ (ಬೀಡಿ ಎಲೆ) ಫಸಲು 2010-11 (ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ) ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಅಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ:01.07.2010 ರಿಂದ 30.06.2011ರ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಟೆಂಡರ್/ ಹರಾಜು ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡ ದಿನದಿಂದ 30ನೇ ಜೂನ್ 2011ರವರೆಗೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಉಪ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗ, ರಾಮನಗರ ಇವರು ಅಥವಾ ಇವರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪಡೆದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ವಿವರವುಳ್ಳ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗೆ ತಪ್ಸೀಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕಾರವಾಗಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್/ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಹರಾಜಿನ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಇಷ್ಟವುಳ್ಳ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

ವಿಷಯ: ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ರಾಮನಗರ ವಲಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಕೋಕೋಕೋಲಾ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು 4 ಪಥದ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಸರಪಳಿ 2.5 ನಿಂದ 3.0 ಕಿ.ಮೀವರೆಗೆ (ಬಿಡದಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ) ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಎರಡು ಬದಿಗಳ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಾತಿಯ ಮರಗಳ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಹರಾಜು ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಿಳಿಯಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ರಾಮನಗರ ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಿಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ರಾಮನಗರ ವಲಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಕೋಕೋಕೋಲಾ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು 4 ಪಥದ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿದ ಸರಪಳಿ 2.5 ನಿಂದ 3.0 ಕಿ.ಮೀವರೆಗೆ (ಬಿಡದಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ) ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಎರಡು ಬದಿಗಳ ವಿವಿಧ ಜಾತಿಯಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ ೨೦, ೨೦೧೧ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ೧೮೨ ಮರಗಳ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಹರಾಜು ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷೆಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿರುವಂತೆ ಸ್ಥಳ ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಈ ಕೆಳಸಹಿದಾರರು ಅಥವಾ ಇವರಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪಡೆದ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳ ಅನ್ವಯ ಹರಾಜನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಚ್ಚೆಯುಳ್ಳ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಸ್ಥಳದ ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಹರಾಜಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಷರತ್ತುಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟು ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (4)ರ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದ 2 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡದ ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆ-1ರ ದ್ವಿಪ್ರತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

7. ವಯೋಮಿತಿ: ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 18 ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ಮೀರಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯ

ಒಳಗಿರಬೇಕು.

ಅ) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ-40 ವರ್ಷಗಳು.

8. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

9. ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆ-1ನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಮಳಿಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಅಧಿಕೃತ

ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರಿಂದ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದು.

11. ವಿಶೇಷ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು: ಅರ್ಜಿ ನಮೂನೆ-1ನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಾಗ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು

ಋು) ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಠ ಪಂಗಡದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ

ಮೊದಲು ಇಲಾಖಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಂದ ಅನುಮತಿ ಪಡೆದು ಕಛೇರಿ ಮೂಲಕ

ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬೇಕು.

2. ಅ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಎರಡು ಪಾಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟ್ ಸೈಜಿನ ಭಾವ

ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಬಲಗಡೆ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಹಾಗೂ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರಬೇಕು.

ಆ) ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸದಿರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ

ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಇ) ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಲಕೋಟೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ "ಶೀಘ್ರಲಿಪಿಗಾರರ:

ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ" ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಈ) ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಾದರೂ

ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.

ಉ) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಅಥವಾ ಶಿಫಾರಸ್ಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ

ಅಂತಹವರ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಊ) ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರೊಡನೆ ಪತ್ರವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

ವಿಷಯ: ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುದ್ರಾಂಕ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ದ್ವೀತಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವೀತಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಹಾಂತೇಶ ಪಡಿಯಪ್ಪ ಪಿಳಿಬಂಟರ್ ಮಾರತಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರ ದ್ವೀತಿಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ:

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಂದಣಾದಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಇವರು ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ವೃಂದದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು ಇರುತ್ತವೆಂದು ಗುರುತಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉಳಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಂದಣಾದಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಅವರವರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1)ರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ವಯ ಈ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನಲವತ್ತೈದು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಈ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ.ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನುಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರ, ಗುರುವಾರ, ಜನವರಿ ೨೦, ೨೦೧೧ ಭಾಗ - ೫ ೧೮೬ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಯ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (4)ರ ಅದಿಸೂಚಿನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು

ನಂತರ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ವೀಕೃತವಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (1)ರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಲಾಗ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 29 ರಿಂದ 40 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಲ್.ಸಿ. ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂಕ ಗಳಿಸಿದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೈದು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ನಲವತ್ತೈದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಮೇರಿಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (7)ರನ್ವಯ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಅಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ ತದನಂತರ ಸದರಿ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕ ಆಯ್ಕೆಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಕಲಾಗ್ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ವಯ ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ನಲವತ್ತೈದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿರುವ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:23-11-2004ರಂದು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (8)ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ತದನಂತರ ಸದರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಈ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾದ ಕೆ.ಎಂ. ಮುತ್ತುಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ಎಂಬುವವರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಎರಡು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯಾದ ಪುಷ್ಪಲತಾ ಆರ್. ಎಂಬುವವರನ್ನು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸದರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿಯ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸದರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಇನ್ನೊಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (8) ರನ್ವಯ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಂದಣಾದಿಕಾರಿ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಇವರು ಉಪ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಕಛೇರಿ, ಕುರುಗೋಡು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರೆಂದು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾಗ್ಯೂ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸದರಿ ಕಛೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೇ ಇದ್ದ ಕಾರಣ ಇವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿದ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಂದಣಾದಿಕಾರಿ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಇವರು ಕಾನೂನು ರೀತ್ಯ

ಈ ರೀತಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (8) ರ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ದರ್ಜೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಈ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕೆಲಸಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗದೇ ತಮ್ಮ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಕಾರಣ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಭರ್ತಿಯಾಗದೇ ಉಳಿದ ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡದ ಈ ಒಂದು ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬ ಬ್ಯಾಕ್‌ಲಾಗ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ, ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಜಾತಿ ಸಿಂಧುತ್ವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಸದರಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ನಡತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಚರಿತ್ರಾ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿಯು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯಿಂದ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಸದರಿ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಇವರಿಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 10-02-09 ರಂದು ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆಯಲಾಯಿತು.

ತದನಂತರ ಕೋರಿದ ವರದಿಯು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲವಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ: 21-09-2010, ಹಾಗೂ 16-11-2010 ರಂದು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಇವರಿಗೆ ನೆನಪೋಲೆ ನೀಡಿ ಸದರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್ ಇವರಿಗೆ ಬರೆದ ಸದರಿ ಪತ್ರದ ಮತ್ತು ನೆನಪೋಲೆಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೂ ಸಹ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವ ಚರಿತ್ರಾ ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರ್ ರವರಿಂದ ಈ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡುವಂತೆ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡಂತೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ 16-11-2010 ರಂದು ನೀಡಿದ ನೋಟಿಸ್‌ಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಕಂಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ (10)ರನ್ವಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ:

ಮೇಲೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರುವ ವರ್ಗೀಕರಣವು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಆದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡು ಆದಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂ.ಸಿಆರ್‌ಸುಇ/16/ಸೇನೇನಿ/2008 ದಿನಾಂಕ:01.09.2008ರ ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ, ಹಾಲಿ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ 276 ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶಕ್ಕನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಥವಾ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುವ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

4.1 ಜಾತಿ / ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಜಾತಿ / ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಜಾತಿ / ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಜಾತಿ / ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳು ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಕೋರಬಯಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗೆ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಅದರ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಅ) ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ 'ಡಿ' ಆ) ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-1 ಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ 'ಇ' ಇ) ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ-2ಎ, 2ಬಿ, 3ಎ ಮತ್ತು 3ಬಿ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಮೂನೆ 'ಎಫ್' ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗಧಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದೊಳಗಾಗಿ ಚಾಲ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ತಹಸೀಲ್ದಾರ್‌ರವರಿಂದ ಪಡೆದಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಅದೇ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೌನ್ಸಿಲಿಂಗ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರದ ಮೂಲ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ಹಾಜರುಪಡಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ತಪ್ಪಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿಯನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಿ ಅವರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿತನವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಹರಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅರ್ಹತೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಈ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಇತರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಮೂನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಲಾದ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

4.2 ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ / ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರತೆಯಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹ ರಿಕ್ತ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯಾ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಇತರೆ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಂದ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಗಿದೆ.

Terms and Conditions:

1) The prices should be quoted inclusive of taxes applicable to the Government department on the date of notification failing which the Tender will be rejected summarily.

2) The furniture to be delivered at the cost of the supplier to the Court of Small Causes, Bangalore.

3) Good quality materials shall be used in the process of manufacturing strictly in conformity with the specifications detailed above.

4) Defective stock not in conformity with the specification as well as the additions and alterations, if any, suggested in the sample are liable to be rejected.

5) Furniture should contain the fixed period of warranty not less than two years toowards manufacturing defects and the defective articles either to be replaced or rectified at the cost of the supplier during the period of warranty.

6) The Tenders should enclose a D.D. for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) collectively drawn in favour of the Registrar, Court of Small Causes, Bangalore. The EMD amount will be refunded for the unsuccessful bidders Subsequently.

7) Only one Tender to be submitted quoting the rates separately to different items.

8) The payment will be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of allotment from the Hon'ble High Court.

9) The final payment will be made only if the furniture are supplied in good condition along with the final bill, letter of warranty and certificate of inspection issued by the Department of Industries Commerce.

10) The acceptance or rejection of the tenders is at the discretion of the Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes, Bengaluru and it is final and binding on the parties.

PREAMBLE:

The Anjuman-e-Islam, Badami Town & Taluk, Bagalkot Dist. is a Wakf institution notified as such in the official Gazette at Sl.No.9. The Karnataka State Board of Wakfs has constituted a Managing Committee vide its Order Dtd:21.08.2002 for a period of three years. The term of the said Managing Committee expired on 20.08.2005.

Thereafter two proposals for the re-constitution of Managing Committee were received from the District Wakf Advisory Committee, Bagalkot along with objection petition Dated:19.11.2007 wherein the resident have requested to take over the institution under direct Management of the Board as no General Body has been held.

Whereas this office has directed the Wakf Officer, District Wakf Advisory Committee, Bagalkot to convence the General Body of the Jamath and to send a common proposal for constitution of Managing Committee. The Chairman, District Wakf Advisory Committee, Bagalkot vide his letter Dated:03.01.2009 has reported that the Majority of the members of the General Body have opted to take the management under direct management of the Board.

Thereafter this the subject was placed before the Board in its Meeting held on 07.02.2009. The Board authorized Janab S.N.J. Jagirdar, Hon'ble Member of the Board to resolve the dispute pertaining to constitution of Managing Committee and to submit a report.

Accordingly the Hon'ble Member submitted a report Dated:04.08.2009 and the same was placed in the Board Meeting Dated:05.07.2009. As per the said report the Board unanimously resolved to approve the list submitted by the Hon'ble Member for a period of Six Months with a direction to prepare Bye-Laws within Six months and to submit to the Board for approval. Further the Committee shall hold elections to the Managing Committee as per approved Bye-Laws within the stipulated period of Six months.

The said committee submitted draft Bye-Laws directly to the Board.

Whereas Public Notice was issued calling for objections & suggestions with regard to the approval of Bye-laws. Objections were received stating that the Bye-laws have not been approved by the General Body, moreover the term of the Committee had already expired and have requested the Board to assume the institution under the direct management of the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs.

Further the Chairman, District Wakf advisory Committee, Bagalkot vide his letter Dated:09.09.2010 has also recommended to take the said Wakf under the direct management of the Board and to appoint Sri S.K. Hussaini, Wakf Officer, Gadag as its Administrator for a period of Six months, to frame Bye-Laws and to take action to recover membership fee collected by the previous management.

And whereas this subject was placed before the Administrator, of the Karnataka State Board of Wakf. The Administrator has accorded approval on 04.12.2010 for appointment of Sri S.K. Hussaini, Wakf Officer, DWAC, Gadag as Administrator to the Anjuman E Islam Badami Town & Taluk, Bagalkot Dist. for a the period of three months, with a direction to get approve Bye laws and hold Election to the Managing Committee. Further to take action to recover the amount of Rs.60,673=00 due by the previous Management and to remit the same to the funds of the institution under intimation to this Office.

Sub: Taking over Muslim Youth Association, Doddaballapur Town & Taluk, Bangalore (R) District, under the direct management of the K.S.B.W., Bangalore.

PREAMBLE:

Whereas Muslim Youth Association Doddaballapur Town & Taluk, Bangalore (R) District, and its allied properties and Wakf institution are Muzrai Wakf institution. The Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, vide its Order NO.KBW/MSC.09/BNR/1998-99 dated 17-12-2008 had appointed Mr. Bapu Saheb, Wakf Officer, Bangalore (R) as Election Officer to conduct Election to the 25 members Managing Committee for the management of the above said Wakf. The Election Officer vide his letter No.DWAC/116/B(R)/75-76/611 dated 24-08-2009 had reported that the Election was held on 16-08-2009 and 25 members who were declared elected have in their first meeting held on 22-08-2009 had elected their office bearers. The Board's vide its Order NO.KTW/MSC/MUZ/09/BNR/98-99 dated 25-08-2009 accorded approval to the elected Managing Committee of the above said Wakfs.

One Sri Chand Pasha and eleven others filed an Application No.8/2009 before the Hon'ble Karnataka Wakf Tribunal, Bangalore Division, Bangalore, against the Board, Election Officer and 26 others challenging the Notifications NO.MYA/Ol/Elc/2008-09 dated 09-08-2009 and No.MYA/01/EIc/2008-09 dated 17-08-2009. The Hon'ble Judge vide its order dated 29-09-2010 set aside the impugned the Notification MYA/01/Elc/2008-09 dated 09-08-2009 and 17-08-2009, and further directed the Board to conduct fresh elections to the above said Wakf. The Election was set aside and Managing Committee constituted by the Board was quashed and there no one to look after the management of the said Wakf.

Hence in view of the orders passed by the Karnataka Wakf Tribunal, Bangalore Division, Bangalore, in Application No.8/2009 the matter was placed before the Administrator of the Board to take the Muslim Youth Association, Doddaballapur Town under direct management of the Board and to hold election afresh to the Managing Committee of the said Wakf. The Administrator has accorded its approval for the same. Hence this Order.

In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995, the Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore, hereby take Muslim Youth Association and its allied properties and Wakf institution under the direct management of the Board and appoint Sri Allah Bakash, Wakf Officer DWAC, Bangalore (R) as its Administrator for the management of Muslim Youth Association until further orders.

Further the Administrator is also directed to hold election to said Wakf as per approved scheme of management.

The Administrator shall function in accordance with the Wakf Act, 1995, and Karnataka Wakf Rules 1997.

Sub: Assumption of institution Viz. Hazrath Ameer Hassan Makan, V.B. Road, Hassan, Under direct management of the Board and appointment of Administrator.

PREAMBLE:

Hazrath Ameer Hassan Makan, V.B. Road, Hassan, is a Wakf institution, the said Wakf is managed by a managing committee constituted by the Board vide order Dated:17.01.2006 to function for a period of three (3) years. The term of present managing committee expired on 16.01.2009. several notices were issued to the management of the above Wakf to send proposal for re-constitution of managing committee. But the management failed to send the proposal.

Whereas the Administrator District Wakf Advisory Committee, Hassan, reported that, inspite of issuance three letters to the management to furnish the proposal duly approved by the General Body for the Re-constitution of managing committee, the management failed to furnish proposal. Hence the proposal for appointment of Administrator was sent to Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore.

Further it is reported that subsequently, on 14.06.2010, the management, submitted proposal for constitution of managing committee on the same day, objection were received from the residents of Hassan City to the said proposal. On verification of the proposal and objection, it was found that, the management has failed to enroll the members of General Body as per the provisions of the approved bye-Iaws. As per the approved bye-laws the Muslim of entire Hassan City are entitle to enroll themselves as members of General Body. But the General Body has not been constituted by enrolling the members. The proposal for re-constitute of managing committee submitted by the management is not supported by the resolution of General Body. As such the proposal has not been accepted. Further, since the term of the managing committee has already been expired and no suitable persons are available to be appointed as members of managing committee, the Administrator District Wakf Advisory Committee, Hassan sent in recommendation to assume the management of this Wakf under the direct management of the Board and to appoint Sri.Nooruddin Shariff Special Land Acquisition Officer, H.R.P as its Administrator to look after its day to day affairs for a period of one year.

Whereas this subject was placed before the Administrator Karnataka State Board of Wakfs, Bangalore for consideration to accord approval for the Appointment of Administrator to the said Wakf as proposed. The Administrator Karnataka State Board of Wakfs vide resolution No.227j09-10 dated: 09,09.2010 has accorded approval for the appointment of Administrator to the said Wakf for a period of One (1) year. Hence this order.

The institution viz Share Khan Jumma Masjid Darbargalli, Belgaum is a Wakf institution registered under Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 at SI.No.B.222 and the same has been notified in the Gazette Vide Gazette Notification NO.KTW/45/ASR/78 dtd. 18-05-1979 of Belgaum Taluk the same is managed by Trustees, and there is no approved Bye laws of the said institution. The Trustees have sold the Wakf land in Sy.No.1268/A & 1274/A measuring 7A-08G through a gift deed executed by one Mr. Kamal Pasha in favour of Mr.Mehaboob Mastan Kalloli on 31-3-2003. The Trustee are not belongs to Share khan Inamdar family but these trustee gifted properties against law, the Trustee Mr.Liyakat Ali Mohammed Khan Share Khan Wale Inamdar one of the Managing Trustee knowingly has not taken any action. One of the complainant Mr.Sadiq I Share Khanwale of Khanjer galli has filed a complaint vide this petition dt.29-9-2010 before the Superintendent of Police, Belgaum. The above said entire transaction of gift is made by the present trust Committee is detrimental to the interest of Wakf .

The Administrator, District Wakf Advisory Committee, Belgaum has requested to hold a impartial enquiry from Board officer not below the rank of Asst. Secretary and appoint an Administrator to the said Wakf.

The matter was placed before the Administrator, Karnataka State Board of Wakf, Bangalore. The Administrator after satisfying that continuation of this Committee is prejudicial to the interest of Wakf has accorded its approval on. 03-01-2011 for taking the institution under direct Management of the Board and there by a vacancy is caused. INVITATION FOR SHORT TERM TENDER (K/W-4) – TWO COVER SYSTEM

1. The tenders are invited induplicate from eligible tenderers, registered Class-I contractors in KPWD/CPWD/MES, by the Registrar, Visvesvaraya Technological University, "Jnana Sangama", Belgaum-18, for the works detailed in the table below under standard tender document procedure K/W-4(The tenderers who have executed similar nature of Interior work costing 50% of amount put to tender, shall only apply for this work).

Two cover tender procedure as per rule 28 of the KTPP Act shall be followed. The tenderers are required to submit two separate sealed covers, one containing the Earnest Money Deposit and the details of their capability to undertake the tender (as detailed in ITT Clause 3 & 6), which will be opened first and the second cover containing the price tender which will be opened only if the tenderer is found to be qualified execute the tendered work. The tenderers are advised to note the minimum qualification criteria specified in Clause 3 of the instructions to tenderers to qualify for award of the contract.

2. Tenders must be accompanied by earnest money deposit specified for the work in the Table below. Earnest money deposit will have to be in anyone of the forms as specified in the Tender document and shall have to be valid for 180 days beyond the validity of the tender.

3. Tenders must be delivered to the Registrar, VTU, "Jnana Sangama", Belgaum-18 on or before 4.00 P.M. on 27-01- 2011 and First Cover tenders will be opened on 27-01-2011 at 4.30 P.M. (if possible) in the presence of tenderers who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed on the date of receipt of the tenders as specified, the tenders will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

3. ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ಮುಂಗಡ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು. ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಯಾವುದಾದರೊಂದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಅವಧಿಗಿಂತ 45 ದಿನಗಳ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು (ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 135 ದಿನಗಳ ಅವಧಿ) ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಅವಧಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನೀಯರರು ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಇವರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆದ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಗದೀಕರಣವಾಗುವ ಮುಂಗಡ ಠೇವಣಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

4. ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ:20.01.2011ರ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 16.00 ಗಂಟೆಯೊಳಗಾಗಿ (ಕಛೇರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ) ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನೀಯರರು, ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ಇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದೇ 16.30 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಅಥವಾ ಬೇರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಿನಾಂಕದಂದು ಆಸಕ್ತರಿರುವ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ಇಂಜಿನೀಯರರು, ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಇವರ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮೇಲೆ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕಗಳು ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ರಜಾ ಅಥವಾ ಘೋಷಿತ ರಜಾ ದಿನವಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ

ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಮಿಷಕ್ಕೆ 120 ಪದಗಳ ವೇಗದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಂತೆ ಅಂದರೆ ತಲಾ 2 1/2 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಂತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮತ್ತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉಕ್ತಲೇಖನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅದನ್ನು 45 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ (22 1/2 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಹಾಗೂ 22 1/2 ನಿಮಿಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಂಗ್ಲ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ) ತರ್ಜುಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಬೆರಳಚ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವುದು.

ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು:

1) ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನೌಕರರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ನಿವೃತ್ತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

2) ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ಒಂದು ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ಅಂಟಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

3) ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ, ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುವ ದಾಖಲೆ, ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿ ಇವುಗಳ ಸ್ವಯಂ ದೃಡೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

4) ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂಕಣಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು, ಅಪೂರ್ಣ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯುಳ್ಳ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.

5) ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ 5.00 ರೂ.ಗಳ ಅಂಚೆ ಚೀಟಿ ಅಂಟಿಸಿದ ಸ್ವ-ವಿಳಾಸದ ಲಕೋಟೆಯನ್ನು ಲಗತ್ತಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

6) ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ನಂತರ ಬರುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

7) ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಖರ್ಚಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಾಗತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.

ನಿಗದಿತ ಖಾಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ಗಳ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದಕ್ಕೂ ರೂ.520-00 ರಂತೆ ಮಾರಾಟ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ (ರೂ.ಐದು ನೂರು ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಾತ್ರ) ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು. ನಗದನ್ನು ಕಛೇರಿಯ ವೇಳೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿ ಈ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಅಡಿಗೆ ಮನೆ ವಿಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಫಾರಂಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

7. Lowest Price for the supply of above items must be quoted in the tender form. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, freights, insurance, transport charges, handling and packing and installation charges etc.,

8. Technical tenders and financial tenders should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and envelope should be subscribed as technical tender or financial tender as the case may be for the items.

9. The supplier shall enclose the previous income tax declaration certificate and PAN/TAN certificate along with the tender.

10. The supply order/ work order will be issued after submission of 5% of total cost of the item as an EMD in favour of the concerned officer.

11. The Deputy Director of Horticulture has the power to accept or reject the tenders without assigning any reasons.

12. The supplier shall ensure supply with in 15 days of order issued and amount/check will be released after confirmation of quality and working efficiency of equipments/work. Further, supplier shall ensure quality of the item for a minimum period of one year from the date of installation and ensure the true quality of the materials supplied/work carried out.

13. As per the Government norms, Income tax of suppliers and contractor and other taxes (if any) will be deducted at

source.

14. An undertaking towards acceptance of the above rules and regulations should be given on a paper with stamped signature & seal.
