ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕ ಚುನಾವಣೆ-2010ರ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೋಲಾರ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ದಂಡ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಸಂಹಿತೆ 1973 (ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 2-1974)ರ ಕಲಂ 21ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 25-12-2010ರಿಂದ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 26-12-2010 ರವರೆಗೆ ಅನುಬಂಧ-1 ರಿಂದ 5ರಲ್ಲಿನ ಕಲಂ (2)ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ದಂಡಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಅಂದರೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಾಹಕ ದಂಡಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಕಲಂ (3) ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಂ (4)ರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಿಸಿ, ಸದರಿ ಸಂಹಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಬಹುದಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

2003ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ (ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸೇವಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳು) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 6(ii)ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ 1977ರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಾಗರೀಕ ಸೇವಾ (ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ) ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳ ನಿಯಮ 19(3)(ಎ)ನ್ನು ಓದಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಈ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸ್ಟಂ ಅನಾಲಿಸ್ಟ್ (ಪ್ರ) ಹುದ್ದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಎಂ. ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ, ಇವರಿಗೆ ತಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ವೇತನ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ರೂ. 18150-450-19500-525-22650-600-26250-675-26925ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಸ್ಟಂ ಅನಾಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನಪನ್ನ ಬಡ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
